Chapter Thirty-Eight

"Good morning", I hear a groggy voice besides me. For a second it scares me because I forgot that I came back to his after yesterday.
"Good morning, what time is it?", I ask him.
"10 am, we've got to leave in an hour.", he says.
Before I can get up he pulls me back down: "Stay with me a little longer."
"I can't, I have to pack. I'll see you later."
"Give me a kiss at least", Dan answers and pecks me on my lips.
Just when I am about to go out of the room he shouts: "Wait! One last thing..." "Yes?"
"I love you."
"I love you too.", I laugh and leave the room with a smile imprinted on my face.

I go back to my room and get myself ready. Since I am still wearing my stuff from the day before, I take a shower, dry my hair and change into some comfortable clothes.
Thankfully I never unpacked so I don't have to reload everything back into my way too tiny suitcase.

At 11 am, I go downstairs with Dan and Phil already waiting.
"Hey, Y/N, how did you sleep?", Phil asks me.
I chuckle and look at Dan who does the same. "Eh, good, how about you?"
A little bit confused, he answers: "Me too. Me too. "

This time on the plane, Dan and I get seats next to each other and Phil's sitting next to their manager.

Because it is the longest flight we have on this tour, they booked first class, meaning that everyone has their own booth that connects to their neighbours.

Dan and I obviously have the wall between ours down the whole time.

All we did was sleep, eat, watch movies, cuddle and sometimes kiss, hoping that no one who isn't supposed to see, saw.

We land back in London early in the morning, which is the evening in LA.

We are all exhausted, so everyone goes back to their own apartments.
"Bye, Y/N, thank you so much for coming, see you soon.", Phil says and hugs me.
I say goodbye to everyone else and lastly, Dan.
I hug him and he whispers something into my ear: "Thank you so much. For everything." I look up at him and kiss him.
I turn around one last time to wave to everyone, just to see that right when we kissed, Phil took pictures with fans who witnessed everything.
