DAN'S P.O.V:

"No.", I whisper.

"This morning at 8 am EST, the John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York got evacuated due to a suitcase with no obvious owner being found in the entrance."

The reporter goes on to talking about why a lonely suitcase is dangerous and saying that it's not completely sure if the luggage is harmful.

"You okay?", Phil asks and holds a piece of cake in front of me, "Want some?"

"No. No, Phil.", I say and nod towards the screen.

He listens for a minute before his mouth drops, making a few crumbs drop out: "Has she still not texted you?"

I shake my head and get up from the seat: "I just want to go home now."

"You can't just leave, we are wor-", he begins but stops when he sees tears rise up in my eyes, "Oh. Alright. I'll handle it, call a taxi."

An hour later and I am in my room with the news on and repeatedly refreshing Twitter to see if there's any updates.

I even tried to reach out to Fleur, but she hasn't read my messages. Zoe also doesn't know what happened or if the love of my life is okay.

As much as I hate to, I can't help but shed a tear once in a while. The thought of her even being scared and me not knowing if she is okay kills me.

Y/N'S P.O.V:

"How do you look so... fresh?", I ask Fleur as I walk to collect our luggage with her.

Somehow she changed in the little bathroom on the plane and is now wearing a smart playsuit with a jacket and black stilettos, making me look even more hideous next to her.

"The power of makeup my dear."

I yawn: "You're wild."

She lets out a small laugh and takes out her phone: "Alright. So we'll be at the hotel in about an hour, meaning that you can get a few hours of sleep before Alex, the stylist, will turn up at your door at 12 pm."

"Wait. Do I start today?"

Another laugh: "Of course. You're here to work. Make sure to bring...", she takes our suitcases off the band, "the sketches with you. I'll be at yours at 1 pm. Tu comprends?"

"Oui, I guess.", I sigh and take the luggage that belongs to me.

"Now, let's look for the driver. He should be somewhere around here.", she says and begins to walk into one direction.

With quick steps, I follow her and wonder how she keeps up the pase with such high heels.

Outside, she finally stops and looks at her screen: "He's a minute away. Um- Can you please set your alarm for 11:30 now so I can make sure you actually do?"

Nodding, I take out my phone and set the alarm.

Just when I am about to put it away again, my attention drifts to the wallpaper that shows Dan and I kissing, reminding me that I promised to text him right when I land.

And because I know he will worry himself sick otherwise, I decide to do that right away.

But just as I am about to press send, our driver arrives and honks at someone in front of him, which scares me and causes my clumsy self to drop the device on the concrete floor.
