I looked at the flame, then turned to The Dark One expecting a command.

"If you would . . . please, greet our guest . . . Thank you."

Please, thank you?

These word they're foreign to me and even to her.

"Yes Dark One, I mean Dwy . . . Mistress Dwyera."

She looked at me as if irritated, confused, disappointed. I imagine my face was the same.

"Also please bring our guest to the central courtroom, On the first floor."

Leaving The Dark One's private study, I walked down the halls.

An echo resounded with each step. Walking through the halls I could see the difference between now and when I first came here.

Everything was in some form clean. In between cleaning and cooking I started repairing the damage time had done to the castle.

Stepping in front of the door, I opened the doors.

There stood a young woman. Brown hair barely hidden under a shawl that had covered her. She wore a summer dress. Her hands folded. She looked nervous.

"Hello Miss how may I help you."

She turned to face me. She bowed.

"Hello, how do you do, my name is Maria, I am seeking the help of The 'Witch of all Magics'."
