With Glynda going to get Cemilian there wasn't anything I could do at the moment. Not that I had the energy to do much of anything.

"Batari, we're relocating," I called out to her.

"Alright."

I snapped my fingers teleporting both her and myself to my private study. Once there I collapse onto the nearby sofa. I was drained. Physically, Magically, and Mentally.

"So what shall we do while we wait?"

"I'm going to rest a while. Until Glynda returns."

"Very well."

I looked over at Batari. She snapped her fingers vines sprouted up from the floor twisting and entwining to form a chair and small table. She once more snapped her fingers and two cups manifested in front of her.

"Would you like some?" She asked raising a one of the cups, "it will restore some of your magic."

I knew better than to drink anything made with chaos magic. It's a power that distorts reality, breaks causation, and can even reverse cause and effect.

". . . I, sure, I'll have some," I was too tired and to fully think about it.

Batari walked over and handed me a cup.

"Thanks," I said.

"No problem," she replied.
