A feeling of anxiousness washed over you. Everything felt surreal and out of place. You tried to pull the curtain back to gain perspective.

But to no avail.

When you pulled the curtain back you saw, nothing.

Where the window should have been was a shadowy darkness that made you feel queasy and uneasy.

You could not tell if what you saw was the merely a trick or the reality of your situation.

You pulled the curtain closed and sat back. You felt dizzy and sick. Your heart was racing, and everything began spin.

Yet, oddly, you began to feel at peace. Slowly moment by moment, a sense of fatigue had overcome you. Your eyes grew heavy and your breathing slowed, until you could no longer keep your eyes open.

You felt nothing, saw nothing, thought nothing.

All there was, was an unending darkness.

A moment later your eyes shot wide open. You felt a sense of fear as your heart was pounding.

You didn't know where you were, what time it was, or how long you had been unconscious.

Your limbs felt heavy and numb.

But, more than that you felt no movement from the carriage.
