"Yes the beast, how long will you need to prepare?"
"Two days. Don't forget we need six others."
"One of which will be Batari, right?"
"I said I'd think on it."
"Very well, I do pray everything goes well."
"Before you go,
I have a favor to ask."
"Oh, the Dark One wishes a favor of this lowly witch!"
" . . . Glynda!"
"Yes, yes, what ever is it."
"Please take Cemilian with you."
"Hmm, Very well."
We teleported to Cemilian's room, Glynda touched his arm.
"Protect him. After this is over I plan to, to do better. Also if you ever need anything."
Glynda smiled.
"I see. I'm sure it will benefit you in the future. Also, I don't need anything from you. I just hope we can continue our current arrangement."
"Still."
"Very well Dywera."
With a snap of her fingers, both Glynda and Cemilian vanished in a puff of smoke. With Glynda gone I had three things to prepare.
First is creating a distraction for that damnable beast.
The second was drafting contracts for the favors I would be granting to all those would be assisting me. And the last would deciding if I would contact that vexatious witch.
