•Alex is A

•and he and John are roommates

•one night John is hardcore studying

•so he's got his headphones in to keep out any noise

•meanwhile Alex Laf and Herc are playing truth or dare in the other room

•(they had nothing better to do)

•Lafayette ends up daring Alex

•"Tell him about the 'crush' you have on him"

•Alex goes ahead with it

•because he's straight anyways

•so he goes into John's room

•and gets John out of his focus

•"What, Alex?"

•"I, uh, just wanted to tell you that i've had a crush on you for a while now. Yeah, that's all."

•John is staring at Alex with no expression on his face

•Alex finally whispers

•"John?"

•and before he knows it

•John has his hands on Alex's face and is slamming their lips together

•Alex let's out this little whimper of shock

•because oh

•maybe he's not straight after all

•because Alex has never had a kiss with this much intensity from a girl before

•John finally pulls away

•and he starts blurting out apologies

•Alex is too

•and since Alex isn't really paying attention to what he's saying

•he lets it slip that his secret was just a dare

•John goes silent

•and tears instantly start to form

•so Alex

•BACKTRACKS

•and says

•"It was the best kiss i've ever had, though."

•John smiles slightly

•and this time it's Alex who's cupping John's face to kiss him

•Alex walks out a few minutes later to Laf and Herc

•and he sits down and grins

•"Thanks for getting me a boyfriend, guys!"
