•i've never read A Midsummer Night's Dream before so bear with me

•John is in love with Alex

•but because Henry is an asshole

•John is being forced to marry Eliza

•and he doesn't want to

•because he's gay dammit

•meanwhile

•Maria is in love with Eliza

•and Eliza loves Maria back

•but she's too afraid of both her father and Henry to go against them

•and on top of this all

•Peggy is trying to make everyone happy

•but is just making it all worse

•a few days before the wedding

•John decides to find Alex

•and they flee together

•but before they do they tell Eliza

•and Eliza tells Maria about it all

•however

•Henry overhears

•so he gets someone to pour this magic juice into John's eyes

•so when his eyes landed on Eliza he would fall in love

•however

•it ends up in both John and Maria's eyes

•so these two start fighting for Eliza

•eventually the curse is reversed

•and Henry finds the two couples somewhere

•he says that Eliza and John still have to marry

•but Eliza confesses that she only loves Maria

•so Henry decides to just give up

•and the couples get married in peace
