// Imagine person A of your OTP in the hospital and B comforting them //

•Alex is A

•and he's in the hospital due to an illness causing him to loose all feeling in his legs

•there's like

•a 10% chance he gets feeling back

•and a 40% chance of Alex dying from it

•(Like polio but not)

•John goes to see him everyday

•and once every week John brings him Alex's favorite cookies from the store

•that goes on for a good eight months

•however one day John goes to see Alex

•and he pushes open the door to Alex's room

•only to find the room empty of anybody

•none of his possessions are there

•and the bed and room is cleaned neatly

•John instantly has tears spring to his eyes

•and he runs out into the hallway

•he asks the nearest nurse and they say

•"Oh, Mr Hamilton sadly passed this morning."

•John is trying to breathe but can't

•the nurse says he's gonna take John to a calming place and leads him to the garden

•at first John is too busy crying

•but then he looks up

•and in front of him is Alex

•smiling and standing on his own legs while holding a bag of cookies in his arms

•John is shocked

•and he walks into Alex's arms and sobs from happiness

•John keeps mumbling

•"I can't believe it! I can't believe it."

•Alex is let out shortly after that
