•so Alex doesn't really pay attention to his arm

•but John obsesses over it

•both of theirs is 17

•so in their junior year of high school they sign up for summer theatre

•and on the day of their first rehearsal

•Alex and John sit next to each other

•and they begin a conversation while the directors get ready

•Alex is wearing a t-shirt and John notices his number

•so John casually mentions it

•and Alex points out that John's is seventeen too

•so Alex just shrugs it off as a coincidence

•while John instantly gets suspicious

•all throughout rehearsals John just falls deeper in love

•Alex secretly does as well

•and after opening night

•John is just so happy

•when he hugs Alex he kisses him

•Alex pauses

•and then smiles

•"I always thought there was more to that seventeen on your arm."

•John grins

•and Alex pulls John back in
