// Imagine person A of you OTP always holding person B's hand //

•sorry but this is gonna be angst

•so

•John always holds Alex's hand as a therapy form

•whenever Alex gets really angry at something/someone John just grabs his hand and holds it while rubbing circles into the back of his hands

•and when Alex can't sleep John lulls him to bed and holds his hand until Alex falls asleep

•and sometimes Alex crawls into bed and takes John's hands and says

•"Hold my hand, i'm falling asleep."

•this goes on for years

•until one day

•somehow

•Alex ends up getting shot

•i'm this big crowd of people

•everybody's running and panicking

•Alex is on the ground

•and John is furiously trying to stop the bleeding

•he's crying and screaming for help

•and in the midst of it all Alex taps John's hand

•and mumbles

•"Hold my hand, i'm falling asleep."

•John holds it tight

•and keeps kissing Alex and Alex's hand

•by the time help gets there

•they find a dead Alex in a sobbing John's arms
