One day more.

•LISTEN

•i'm combining two requests so yeah y'all know who you are

•its college

•John and Alex both have an 8am class together

•but they don't know it

•until Alex comes in one day

•with a black coffee in one hand and an energy drink in the other

•he slumps down in the chair next to John

•and pours the energy drink into the coffee

•John scoffs and says

•"That'll kill you, y'know."

•Alex shrugs

•"Either i'll die, or i'll live and just be fucking zazzed all day. Cheers."

•and downs the whole fucking thing

•John is shocked and is trying to hold back laughter at the same time

•John expects Alex to be bouncing off the walls

•but really he's super chill

•this goes on for a few months

•and in that time the two become very good friends

•until one day

•Alex walks into class without the coffee nor the energy drink

•he sits down next to John and he's fidgeting like crazy

•John asks

•"You alright?"

•"Yeah, yeah i'm good, i'll be fine."

•for the entire class John notices how Alex is biting his nails and bouncing his leg up and down

•halfway through the class

•Alex instantly asks if he can go to the bathroom

•and practically BOLTS out

•John without thinking follows him

•and he finds Alex curled up in a janitors closet

•he sits down next to him

•"Alex, what's wrong?"

•Alex tells John that he's got major anxiety and the only way to calm his nerves is to have enough energy to the point where he goes numb

•so John just kinda sits with him until he calms down

•and while Alex attempts to calm down

•John takes his hand

•and suddenly Alex is so hyper aware of everything that he feels himself going numb

•so after ten seconds Alex just stands up and tries going back to class only for John to stop him

•"Wait, you were having a panic attack not even thirty seconds ago, and now you're completely fine?"

•Alex just nods and continues walking

•so the rest of the class they hold hands

•and it turns out all Alex needs is physical contact with John and he'll be okay

•whether that's hands or arms or feet or legs Alex will be okay

•and because of this

•they begin to date

•and everybody in their class ships them

•including the professor
