Hungry/Cooking!~ Gratsu Week

Here's the second day!

"Gray~! I'm hungry!" Natsu whined as he shook his sleeping boyfriend. Gray groaned and glared at him. He knows he is not a morning person.

"If you're so hungry, then why don't you make something?" He mumbled. Natsu pouted and huffed.

"Fine! Lazy butt..." Natsu then shuffled off the bed and turned around to see Gray almost fast asleep. Natsu softens a bit and gently tucks in the ice mage so he doesn't wake up.

He then left the room and walked towards the kitchen. Natsu smirked as he realized Gray willingly gave him permission to use it. Gray used to ban him from there in case of Natsu burning the house down, but even Natsu isn't stupid enough to do that.

'It's my mate's house...' He smiled. What Gray didn't know was that Natsu is quite the expert when it comes to cooking. Living alone after a few years, even when he was still with Igneel, he had to learn quite quickly on how to take care of himself from then on.

Natsu turned on the stove and set out the ingredients he got from Gray's fridge. He cracked a few eggs open while sizzling bacon in the other pan.

While the two were heating up, Natsu was already in the process of making homemade pancakes from scratch. He set the bowl down and grabbed a plate to put the eggs on. He then grabbed another to put the bacon on and continued to mix his pancakes.

He set the mix onto a new pan while putting another set of eggs and bacon into the others.

All and all, Natsu ended up making two sets of breakfasts, complete with a side of fruits, juice, and coffee.

Meanwhile, the lovely aroma of the food was drifting towards the bedroom. Gray slowly woke up and was confused of the smell. He stretched and soon exited the room, following the trail to the kitchen.

When he got inside, he was greeted with a lovely sight.

"N-Natsu?" Said boy turned around and smiled.

"Finally decided to join the living, huh ice princess? Go sit down and eat, I'm almost done with my pancakes." He said. Gray followed his words and saw a nice yet simple set of breakfast.

He took a bite out of one of the food and was blown away by how good it tasted. He then started eating a bit faster to get more of heavenly taste in his mouth.

"This is so good!" He exclaimed. Natsu blushed as he set down his own plate and sat across.

"T-Thanks..." He stuttered, feeling happiness and a bit of pride swell inside of him. Gray smiled and took one of Natsu's hands into his own.

"God, why are you so amazing?" Those words caused Natsu's face to heat up even more.

"S-Stupid, cooking is nothing new..." He replied. Gray chuckled and scooted his chair closer to his lover. He then gave a morning kiss on his lips before whispering in his ear.

"Thanks for the food.~"

Natsu ended up blushing for the rest of the morning.
