Geez I didn't realize that all of Ash's Pokemon is not identified XD😂. Anyway, I will enumerate them all.
Ash's Pokemon: The one and only Arceus (recently caught because she wanted). Pikachu Charmander Squirtle Bulbasaur Kingler Pidgeotto Haunter Gyarados
Items: Pokeballs (8 in case he need to transport his pokemon to Professor Oak) Super potion (10x) Bandages (in case of physical injuries) Revives (10x) Pokemon food Regular food that humans eat including berries and a backback as well to store all of his items there. It would be hilarious if an adventurer doesn't have any backpack at all XD. By the way ash outfit is the Kanto outfit and here's a picture:

So... yeah that's all of Ash's pokemon and items for now, he will definitely catch more pokemon to increase his ever-growing family and find valuable and rare items that one day he will definitely need/use it. I almost forgot, in the flashback part, his age is 10. At the present time, just add 4 to his age and that his present age. I think the flashback part will take at least 5 Chapters.
