Present Day
(Pietro's POV)
I finally get it.
JianYu was smiling and waving at the crowd who was cheering and applauding us.
His cheeks blushing prettily in a way only he could; and his eyes, those pair of big beautiful eyes, were smiling at everybody. And I'm mesmerised for the tenths of times.
It was a process; me falling for this man.
When I first met JianYu, we clicked right away just like I clicked with the rest of the film casts. We became fast friends.
And as we filmed gruelling hours for the next six months most of us have very little time to spend with other people outside of the filming casts and crews. So we're all cooped together.
And everytime I saw JianYu, I found that I'm becoming aware of him more and more.
The way he blushes, the way he smiles and laughs, the way he raises his eyebrows and the way he pouts. They fascinated me.
The way he walks, the way he moves, his obvious innocence and his unique mind. All made him glow in my eyes. I've never been attracted to anybody me as much as I'm attracted to JianYu. Never in my whole life.
I had been being reluctant at first, to admit that I began to see JianYu as more than a friend, but it was increasingly impossible to ignore.
I had always been straight. I was never attracted to any guys before him. I never looked at a guy the way I looked at him. Never.
