This is me bidding my goodbyes

This is me losing for the battle where we are allied.
This is me deleting those memories that we savor together.
This is me erasing those promises and sweet words you've said.
This is me forgetting all we had when we're still "We".

This is me destroying the friendship that used to be the foundation of our love.
This is me putting aside the love we build. This is me losing you and I mean it this time.
This is me living without ever thinking of coming back.

This is me for renovating myself.
I will no longer defend you when someone says you're not a good person.
I will no longer see the best in you.
I will no longer put you on a pedestal and I will no longer protect you from their harsh criticism.

This is me giving you up for a life time.
This is me making the decision I should have made a long time.
This is me kicking you out of my heart. This is me isolating myself for someone else.

Because my heart is too tired.
Finding a love, a love that I deserve.
You send me your greatest apology.
I tell you I can forgive, but not to forget.

This is me finally saying goodbye. Goodbye to all the plans we planned. Goodbye to the future that we dreamed Goodbye to all the places I wanted you and me to explore.

Goodbye to all the stories that I wanted to write for you.
Goodbye to everything that reminds me of you.
This is me saying goodbye.
This is me choosing myself.

This must be the ending to the story that we've started.
This must be the last time to think you every milliseconds of my life.
This must be the last concern that I must showed unto you.
This must be the last poem that I should write for you.

For I, must to let go.
For I, must to forget.
For I, must to forgive
And I must move on.

Wish you all the best
Whoever you choose
I hope she'll love you
More than what I do.
