Standards of Men

I'm someone who smiles often.
Full of glee but always mistaken.
Cause our society thinks that I must be stiffen.
For their so called the standards of men.
Act tough, look serious, keep your emotions well hidden.
And then you may find yourself a rightful maiden.
To have a family and have a lots of children.
And then again, teached them the standards of men.
And the process will repeat itself.
Putting true things, true self, to a shelf.
Just like the books we once set aside then.
In order to achieve and be one of their men.
But there's always choices to be chosen.
It's up to you, where you're goin'
Be one of their men.
Or build a new name.
