Walking Around

It was one of those days when Brian enjoyed walking around the park all by himself, smiling as the breeze blew on his direction, tugging his jacket tighter. The joggers went past him. He walked faster when he saw couples ahead.

That was a good night, in Brian's perspective.

The day, as much like his past days, was tiring. He even had something to do that night, but came up with the decision to do it later. After all, the weather was ideal. The clouds did not cover the stars this time. There wasn't much people in the park. He wore his jacket--the jacket that comforted him whenever he was busy. His playlist kept on playing the good songs.

It was one of those days when he got to think--am I in the right place?

Maybe at this point of time, yes. Maybe, no. That uncertainty confused Brian. What was he supposed to believe in? Is he supposed to think of all the positive things? Is he supposed to face the harsh reality?

"Nah," he said to himself, kicking away the thought. He was stressed in his tasks; he never intended to add more.

And so, he walked. Walked until he could not feel his legs.

He never got to answer the question. He just knew he was at the right place at that moment--home.

It was enough to believe in.

I'd like to write more, but schedule's sooooooo... attention-seeker? I miss writing.
