The aftermath of Rory stealing the boat. Rory announces she's dropping out of Yale. Emily and Richard agree to help Lorelai get her back to where she belongs, but then cave to Rory when she comes crying, yet another example of how Rory gets everything she wants and constantly manipulates people. She's never had to worry about anything in her life because everyone always gives her exactly what she needs.
High points: Lorelai proposes to Luke! Colin and Finn in the first scene.
Low points: Rory being selfish, Lorelai getting betrayed by her parents.
