"That's one heck of a story." Lapis said. Wulfenite had told her the story about Pink Diamond. "Yeah, it was hard to take it all in. Especially for Peridot. She fainted after Steven told us the story. She couldn't handle it I suppose." "It just fitted all together so perfectly! I wanted to stay conscious, but my mind wouldn't let me!" Peridot yelled. Wulfenite and Lapis started laughing loudly. "Stop laughing!" Peridot yelled. "Okay, okay." Wulfenite said; "Let's watch that awf- I mean, let's watch Camp Pining Hearts. I have some time to waste before we start looking for Sapphire." Peridot and Lapis were sitting on the couch in a matter of seconds: "The tape is in! C'mon, Wulfie!" Lapis said excited. Wulfenite shook his head and flew to the couch and sat in the middle. "Time for a fantastic evening!" Peridot yelled as she pressed play.

Meanwhile, Steven returned from Connie's house. He had returned the laptop to her and they had planned a surprise attack on Wulfenite as an introduction. It was planned to commence tomorrow, because everyone would be doing their own thing for once. Right before Wulfenite leaves, Connie would jump out of nowhere and attack him. "It's going to be awesome." Steven said silently to himself after he went through the plan again. He looked at the time on his phone: "Woah! It's already eleven p.m.?! I need to sleep. Tomorrow's gonna be a great day." Steven walked to his bed, changed into his pajamas and hopped into his bed. He set an alarm and went to sleep.

Back at the barn, the gems went to sleep as well, until a scratching sound alarmed Wulfenite enough to wake him up. He got suspicious and flew to the doors. He peeked through the crack in the left door and saw... nothing. "Weird..." Wulfenite whispered to himself as he turned around. The scratching continued. Wulfenite opened the barn door quickly, only to see nothing again. "This is getting spooky..." Wulfenite said. The scratching came from the roof this time. Wulfenite flew to the roof and saw nothing. "Am I hearing things? This can't be good for me." Wulfenite scratched his neck and turned around. Suddenly, he heard a scream from inside the barn. It was Peridot: "Wulfenite! Help! I'm being abducted!!" Wulfenite smashed through the roof. He saw a black shadow absorbing Peridot from the bed. "What the heck?!" Wulfenite shot at the gem. Nothing happened. "Oh no! Lapis! Wake up!" No response from the hammock. It was empty! Wulfenite saw the empty hammock, but he needed to save Peridot first, before he could be sad. Wulfenite rushed forward and stuck his staff through the shadow. It was too late. Peridot was abducted. The shadow poofed and fell on the ground. "NO!! Lapis! Peridot! Why?!" Wulfenite fell onto his knees and cried. "Who would do this?! Why would they do this?!" Wulfenite fell on his stomach and smashed the floor. He cried and cried until dawn arrived.

The alarm went off. Steven woke up and rubbed his eyes. "Seven o'clock. Right on time." Steven woke Lion up and said: "Good morning Lion! It's time to get Connie!" Lion roared and summoned a warp portal. Steven got dressed and hopped on Lion's back. Moments later, Steven returned with Connie on Lion. "Okay, Hide inside the bathroom until I come and get you, Okay?" Steven asked. Connie nodded and walked into the bathroom. Steven went to sit on the couch, waiting for the gems to warp in. A while later, Amethyst came from her room. "Good morning, Steven!" She said. "Good morning, Amethyst!" Steven said as Amethyst went to sit next to him. "What are you doing?" "Just waiting for Wulfenite to warp in and scare him with a surprise attack from Connie. She's hiding in the bathroom." "Aw man, that's awesome! He hasn't met Connie yet, so this'll be fun!" Moments later, Pearl came from her room. "Hi Pearl!" Steven yelled. "Hello, Steven." Pearl said as she walked to the counter; "Did you take time to accept your new identity?" "I tried, but I might need some more time. it'll grow on me eventually." "I know it's hard, but you're a strong kid." "Thanks, Pearl." Knocking came from the bathroom: "Can I come out yet?" Connie asked. "Not yet! He will be here any minute!" Pearl raised an eyebrow: "What's Connie doing in the bathroom?" "Oh, we're just pranking Wulfenite with a surprise attack from Connie." Pearl looked blank at Steven, but didn't bother asking more questions.
