The gems arrived on Homeworld, next to Wulfenite's old room. "Woah, it's still here?" Wulfenite said surprised. He opened the door. "Everything's intact?" Lapis said surprised. Wulfenite sat down on the bed. Spinel jumped from his arm and said: "So this is where you and blue over there lived?" Wulfenite nodded. "Wowzers! It's so comfy!" Spinel said as she hid under the sheets. "Woah, this is so interesting..." Steven said; "I can't believe I'm at Wulfenite's official room! I finally have a picture with the stories you tell!" Steven grabbed his phone and took a selfie with the room. Wulfenite noticed it and jumped in. Lapis and Spinel did so too. "Nice! A group photo at a tourist hotspot! Score!" Steven said and he put his phone away. "Wooooah, look at those gems!" Spinel said. Wulfenite and Lapis turned to Spinel. "Which gems?" Lapis asked. "Those over there!" Wulfenite and Lapis walked to the window Spinel was looking out of. "What?! Those gems are making weapons!" Wulfenite said. "Do you think they are working for Ultranite in her quest to take over the galaxy?" Lapis asked. "I'm sure of it." Wulfenite answered; "We've got to stop them. Let's go, team!" Wulfenite yelled. Spinel jumped on Wulfenite's back and Lapis grabbed Steven. The gems jumped out of the window and landed in the hole where the gems were making weapons. "Hey! Stop building weapons!" Steven yelled. "Good one, Steven." Wulfenite said. One gem looked up and noticed that the wanted Wulfenite was standing there! "Code red! Wulfenite is here!" The gem yelled; "Alert the boss!" One gem ran towards the panic button. "We've got to stop her!" Lapis yelled. "I got this," Wulfenite said as he pointed his arm in the gem's direction; "Spinel, GO!" Spinel jumped from Wulfenite's arm, made a giant wrecking ball from her hands and slammed it into the gem, poofing it. "Don't worry, best friend! I've got you!" Spinel said as she gave a thumbs up. Wulfenite smiled. Spinel ripped the panic button from the wall and threw it into deep space. The Homeworld gems turned to the Crystal Gems. Spinel returned to the group. "Okay, there's no talking to these gals. Let's try and do this quickly, before any outside gems notice the commotion." Wulfenite said. "Charge!" Steven yelled. The gems jumped into action. Wulfenite sped into the crowd and pushed them all back. Lapis summoned her arms and spun them around, creating a gem cyclone. Steven bubbled himself and shot out spikes. On the other side, Spinel was busy wrapping gems in her arms. Then, she tightened her grip and poofed the gems. "All clear here!" Steven said as he high fived Spinel. Wulfenite slashed the last group of gems. "I think we're clear too, right Lapis?" Wulfenite asked. "Yeah, were clear." Lapis said with a sigh of tiredness.

After wandering around in Homeworld's giant halls, the gems came across the hangars. "Oh cool! We're in the hangars!" Steven pointed out. "You think your ship is still here?" Lapis asked. "Nope." Wulfenite said confidently. "Are you sure?" Lapis asked worried. "One hundred percent." Wulfenite said and he pointed to a burning hangar. "That's the hangar in which I last parked my ship." Wulfenite said with a smile. A tear rolled down his cheek. "Oh my gosh, really?" Steven asked. Wulfenite wiped away his tears: "Ah, it doesn't matter. I have a cape. It does the job just fine." Lapis patted Wulfenite on the back. "Look! A purple gem on a screen!" Spinel said as she pointed at a monitor above the exit. "How do we keep missing these obvious things?" Wulfenite wondered. "Spinel? That's Ultranite. The one we need to defeat." Steven said. Spinel looked with big eyes at the monitor. "Yes yes yes, that's me. Finally ready to end this?" Ultranite asked. "Oh this ends alright. Just not the way you expect." Wulfenite said. "Listen, if you just tell your friends to go home and turn yourself in, I'll release these gems, deal?" Ultranite said as she showed Amethyst's gem. "Will you still go an conquer the galaxy?" Steven asked. "Of course!" Ultranite said. Wulfenite looked angrily at the monitor. "Fine, I'll leave earth alone, 'kay?" Ultranite said annoyed. "How do I know I can trust you?" Wulfenite asked. "You don't have a choice! This is the only option for you." "No deal." "Okay then, see ya." Ultranite said as she readied a breaking point. "Don't!" Wulfenite yelled, but the monitor turned off. "We've got to hurry to the throne room." Lapis said stern. Wulfenite and Steven nodded in agreement. The gems ran off, but Spinel was still standing there to check out the hangars. Fortunately, her arms were still wrapped around Wulfenite's arm and eventually, she got pulled towards the gems.
