                              Author's POV
"Be a good boy!" Camille exclaimed as she gave Casper one last pet before handing him over to Nicola. The Tweedy-Walsh family is off to France and Camille couldn't be happier.
A week of deep thinking and ignoring everyone else in the world except for herself, Cheryl, Kimberley, and Rosie has given Camille some peace of mind. She feels as if she has the ability to remake herself. She should love herself fully before loving anyone else - that was her mistake.
"He'll have fun! I'll give him lots of cuddles." Nicola reassured the teen that her kitty was going to be just fine.
"Thanks, again," Cheryl said as Camille kissed Casper's head. Nicola smiled and held Casper up in her arms.
"Well, you guys should get going. Don't miss your flight!" Nicola said and gave Cheryl and Kimberley hugs before turning back to Camille.
"Have a Merry Christmas, Millie." She sweetly said and gave the teen a deep embrace. When they released, Camille felt the woman kiss her head and ruffle up her hair.
"I love you!" Camille pet Casper then followed her Mum to the car. Cheryl said her last goodbyes to Nicola, then was hot on her little family's heels.
"Ready?!" Kimberley asked as she started the car. She looked back at Camille and saw her literally bouncing in her seat.
"So ready!" The teen exclaimed and looked out the window at the snowy, winter roads. It had been snowing on and off all week, giving Camille a true Christmas spirit.
As the three headed to the airport, Camille had no idea that there was a surprise awaiting her. The small family got their luggage out of the boot and rode the shuttle to security. When they stepped inside, Camille heard a familiar voice.
"Millie!" Rosie ran towards Camille and gave her a big hug. The teen saw Mel walking towards them as well, telling her that Rosie came to surprise her.
"It's four in the morning, why are you here?!" Camille asked as she stepped back to look at Rosie. She looked exhausted and like she had just thrown on some clothes.
"I had to say goodbye," Rosie said with a smile and a hint of sadness in her voice.
"I'll miss you!" Camille exclaimed, wishing Rosie could go with her. Rosie and Camille explaining France would be so much fun to her.
"Promise you'll come to my house after Christmas so I can give you your present?" Rosie asked and Camille nodded, excited to give Rosie the present she has for her.
"Millz, we've got to go through security," Cheryl said as she put her hand on the teen's shoulder. Mel smiled at the two teen girls, loving how close they've gotten.
"Bye!" Camille said and gave Rosie one last, loving hug. They naturally broke apart after a minute and then watched each other walk away in opposite directions.
Security and check-in was a mess and Camille was bored of it. The teen was either leaned against her Mum or complaining to her Mam about something. The mothers' didn't mind, knowing that their daughter isn't much of a morning person.
"Do you need a coffee?" Kimberley asked with a giggle as they waited in line at a small cafe. Camille was slouched against her side, leaning all her weight on Kimberley.
"Do they have hazelnut?" The teen asked and watched her Mum look up at the menu. Lucky for her, they did and Kimberley ordered one for her.
"Hey, our gate is right down there. We've got a good half hour." Cheryl said as she got back from seeing how much longer until their flight boards.
