I expected for the bullet to hit me. But.... it was blocked my someone.

"Adrian?..... No no please no!....ADRIAN!" Sinalo ko siya nung nawalan na siya ng balance.

I laid him on the ground and hug his weak body. I can't help but burst into tears, soaking his bloody shirt.

I hugged him tightly and I kept hoping for him to be okay, even if I knew that he wasn't.

I felt him patting my head. I look at him and saw him.... smiling.

"Sunhee..." I just looked at him with eyes full of sadness. Hindi ako makapagsalita ng maayos.

"A-a.... Adri-.... Adria-" he shushed me.
"Sunhee, I'm okay." I held his hand tightly while my tears kept flowing. Nakangiti parin siya!

I started to panic when he started to close his eyes. I held his face and my other hand just kept shaking him to wake him up.

"No... no..... okay, Adrian. Huwag mo muna ipikit yang mga mata mo.... marami ka pang kanin na kakainin...... mamamasyal pa tayo..... Adrian..." tumulo ulet ang mga luha ko at dun na ako naiyak ng higit pa.

I felt someone hugging me in the back. And I know it's Adrian. Hindi ko siya pinansin at patuloy akong umiiyak.

"No, NO! MY HUSBAND!" Nabigla ako sa bulyaw ni Rose. Naramdaman ko ang na may tumulak sa akin pero nasalo naman ako agad ni Zen.

"KASALANAN MO TOH! PAG WALA KA SA MUNDONG ITO, WALANG PROBLEMA! IKAW! IKAW DAPAT YUNG MAMAMATAY! IKAW DAPAT YUNG MABABARIL!"

Tama ba yung mga sinasabi niya? Tingin ko, oo.

Kaso.... hindi ko hinayaan yung sarili ko na maniwala sa isang bullsh*t.

Dapat ireklamo niya sarili niya. Kase siya yung gumawa ng mga problema na toh. Siya may kapakanan.

I stood up and saw Rose hugging Adrian. Alam kong may gusto siya kay Adrian. But still, that didn't stop me for being angry at her because of what she did earlier.

I stared at her with raging eyes, trying to hold myself back. I wanted to rip her throat so bad until she screams with pain.

I wanted to torture her. I wanted her to cry out with pain.

I'll enjoy watching her suffer.

Before I could even lay a finger at her, we heard sirens. Dun na ako na kalma. Pero hindi paren ako kalmang kalma dahil sa kalagayan ni Adrian. I still wanted him to live.

I heard gunshots. I looked back and saw the police shooting Rose's guards. They all came to us and aim the gun at Rose.

Dun ko pala natandaan, na si Adrian ang tumawag sa mga ito.

"Ibaba mo ang baril mo at itaas ang mga kamay mo! Bilis!" Nung sinabi yun ng isa sa mga police, ginawa naman ni Rose ang mga sinabi niya. Ibinaba niya ang baril niya at itinaas ang mga kamay niya.

The police gestured the crew to put her inside the car. And they did as they're told to.

Good thing na may dumating rin na ambulance.

Ibinuhat nila si Adrian at ilinagay dun sa ambulance bed. I saw a nurse coming towards me.

"Ms., please sign this and come with us." Sabi niya at ibinigyan ako ng isang notepad na may documents. Ipinirmahan ko naman iyun.

After that, I looked back at Samantha and Clara, they gave me an assuring smile. A smile that says that everything would be okay.

I walked up to them and hugged them.

"You can now live happily. Peroo.... sasama muna kayo sa pulis kase iinterviewin pa kayo sa nangyari. Sabihin niyo ang lahat ng mga nangyari at sinabi ni Rose."

They both nodded and went inside the police car. After that, they went off.

I looked beside me and saw Zen. He hugged me tightly and I rested my head on his shoulders.

I heard him whispered.

"Everything would be okay."

I hope so too.
