Chapter 21 : Adamson Youth Event (Day 1) Pt. 1

Clarisse's POV

We immediately move and go to our perspective positions.

Irish, Kit, Lucas and I are working on a mini-cafe, it's more like we are selling on value meals with special names and shakes. Parang Brewer's Best ang peg with a twist... Ganern.

Janna, Ryza and 2+ more are working on a BBQ stand.

There are 4 stalls that we built and organize. Sana maraming bumili sa aming mga paninda.

Maraming ng mga nagsisidatingan na estudyante galing sa iba't-ibang mga universities. I can see in their faces of amazement. Meron rin mga estudyante na pumunta sa open field kung saan nandoon ang mga stalls ng iba't-ibang strands.

"May i have your attention visitors from other schools, please proceed to the gymnasium for a prelude!" sabi ni Dean sa mga speakers na napapalibot sa field.

Habang nasa gymnasium ang mga tao,  Seth signalled us to form a circle for a certain announcement.

"Guys, this is one of the biggest events held here and i want you all to work aggressively and never stop entertaining our customers so that we can have good feedbacks and more profits. We understand each other?"

"Yes! Seth!" we replied in chorus

"Good luck to all of us and enjoy," he added.

"This is gonna be fun!" masayang sambit ko sa aking sarili.

After 5 minutes...

Nakita ko ang ibang mga estudyante na naglalakad galing sa gymnasium, siguro katatapos pa lang ng kaechosan na introduction ni Dean.

May mga students na naglalagay ng blanket sa natitirang space sa open grounds. Meron rin akong nakikitang may dalang tent at mga bag.
Siguro meron ditong mag-o-overnight sa university.

"Free sample! Free sample!"

Todo effort rin ang ibang strands, may free samples, may free hugs and kisses pa. Amp.

'Kami naman free bugbog with a special participation of Berna para tapos ang hirap. Special Limited Edition only. Just call 911 for more info.'

Meron akong nakitang dalawang wafuuung nilalang at nagtama ang tingin namin ang isang mokong at nakangiti sa 'kin.

'Shit, why so damn handsome? Nakakalaglag panty.'

Nak'ng, ano ba tong iniisip ko..

Nakita ko na lumalapit siya sa'kin. Oh my God! What to do? What to do?

"Miss?" OMG! lakaking-laki ang boses. 

"A-Ano yon?" Maghulos-dili ka Clarisse, quit stammering.

"Dre, bumili ka na ng makakain, ginugutom na'ko dito" parang bata yung isa, moment ko na yon, sinira mo pa...Tss.

"I would like to have a cheeseburger and a medium sized french fries."

Sinulat ko ang kanyang order. "Anything else?"

"Para naman sa kaibigan ko... Yung lasagna at vegetable salad."

"Your drinks?"

"Choco Float & Milk Tea."

"Ok, your order will be served in the next 7 minutes."

Umupo na siya at nakipagkuwentuhan sa kasama niya. Pumunta ako sa mini-kitchen.

"Kit, order up!" tapos linagay ko ang sticky note sa order board.
