Kongpob looked at the small room they had given him.

The chipped walls and the certainly cracked floor immediately indicated to him that her fiance's family was not going through a very good economic situation.

"But it does not matter," he told himself as he sat on the bed after leaving the crutches resting next to him, "I'll take care of it from now on ... I will not let them keep living like this ...".

Meanwhile, in a nearby room that served as a lounge and dining room at the same time, three people were speaking in whispers.

- "Dad, please, you have to be more careful with what you say ... Kong has amnesia but is not stupid" - said Arthit while looking at the man sitting in the wheelchair - "if you make a mistake, as small as it could be, he can find the truth and we don't need that.. at least, not now ".

Peck Rojnapat sighed as he rested his head on one of his hands.

They are at it, once again ...

"I may be a crippled," he though as he watched the frightened expression of his children, "but my mind goes perfectly and I still do not understand what they fear so much ..."

- "You have already told me that, over and over again, during the last days" - said the middle-aged man finally and while carrying a glass of water to his lips.

- "Dad .." - Baek muttered as he bent over, placed a hand on his father's arm and gave him a pleading look - "please ... my life depends on this ...".

A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER

A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER ...

Arthit smiled as he watched his father, much more discreetly, converse with Kong as they dined together on the worn table in the living room.

However, he immediately began to frown when he noticed how Baek was stirring the soup that, after the time it had been served, must be already cold. And the worst thing of all is that he had not even had a bite.

Can it be because of the accident?

"He must be afraid of ending up in prison ..." Arthit told himself as he took a spoonful of soup to his lips.

His brother had undoubtedly generated a good mess ... and only to win a stupid bet to the friend with whom he was studying.

¡Such a silly thing to do!

"Maybe I should talk to him again ... although he seems to have learned the lesson ...", he though as he looked at the young man who, because of his brother's stupidity, was now living with them.

At least it seemed that Kongpob was already much better. At least physically, but ... what were they going to do when he regained his memory and realized the deception?

Arthit left the spoon on the plate.

Just thinking about the problem in which they were now, he had lost his appetite.

Finally, after a couple of hours and when it was time for bed, Arthit accompanied Kongpob to his room and, with great care, helped him change his clothes.

At first he had thought about refusing but ... who would do it if not?

His brother?

"No way," he had said to himself as he accepted the boy's request who, with a big smile on his face, had opened his arms as if, instead of help, he had been asking for a hug.

A tug on his clothes made him go back to the small room and to the boy that, dress already for bed, was in front of him.

- "Are you not going to kiss me good night?" - Kong asked while making a slight pout with his lips.

"There he's going again ..."

Arthit sighed and, quickly, approached Kongpob to kiss him on the cheek.

However, with a mischievous smile, the man grabbed the collar of his shirt and made him tilt his face a bit more.

A few seconds later he was being kissed as if there was not going to be a tomorrow.

The weeks began to pass.

And the first day of the month arrived bringing storm clouds that, from the first hour of the morning, had begun to unload on the streets, establishments and, in general, on everything that was outside.

Arthit, in the workshop of the small bakery he owned, was busy collecting the last bags of orders he had to carry throughout the morning.

His hair, completely soaked, was stuck to the nape of his neck, forehead and cheeks. But at least, and thanks to the raincoat that Kongpob had forced him to take that morning, his clothes remained dry and warm.

The young man smiled thinking about the boy who, at this time, should be with the person selected by the hospital to take care of his recovery.

Arthit especially recalled the surprise of them, that first day of session.

Everyone had been waiting for a young girl but, after opening the door of the house, they saw a young man in jeans and a T-shirt that had on his neck the identification card of the hospital.
