Kongpob opened the door of his private office and, leaving his jacket on the rack that was on his right, went to the table that occupies most of the big room.

His footsteps, muffled by the heavy carpet covering the entire floor, hardly produce any sound.

However, his thoughts and emotions were far away from the carpet, from his footsteps and even from the mountain of papers that were on the table and that needed to be revised during that same day.

No, his mind was fixed on the girl he had left in the cafeteria.

His decision, for sure, was going to generate a new discussion with his beloved mother.

"If only my father were less complacent with her," Kongpob thought as he ran a hand through his damp hair.

- "I have left your morning messages on the table" - said a girl dressed in a suit jacket and stiletto shoes as she entered throught the door... and without even knocking, which made the young man turned towards her with a frown and a slight reproachful look - "by the way, father is calling on line one."

Kongpob nodded and, with a worried look, he approached the table. An intermittent light on the phone was clearly indicating that he had a pending call.

"She was quick...", he thought as he sighted and gathered courage in order to fight what was coming after him.

The young man looked at the stack of papers that were near the telephone.

"I'd better get out of this now...", he told himself as he signaled his sister to sit in one of the empty seats and wait.

The girl, putting in its place one of the ringlets that had escaped from her hair tail, sat on one of the chairs in front of the table and began to work on the reports.

She took a delivery note about the rent of one of the last places that were still empty inside the Shopping Centre.

- "Interesting ..." - murmured the girl while reading the details of the contract. A slight smile appeared on her face as she studied the benefits exposed in the report.

Kongpob looked at his sister while thinking how different it would have been everything if she could have taken the president's chair. The young woman, without a doubt, had a very good hand for business.

Unfortunately the rules established by his great grandfather prevented it.

"The presidency can only be occupied by a man", he had established in his will and, therefore, all responsibility had fallen on  him.

The only man after two girls.

The result of the wedding of his own son with a young woman of good family and, above all, with an unblemished reputation.

However, that limitation established by his grandfather had not discouraged his sister.

On the contrary.
