A warm hand came to rest on Nina's back as she walked into the ice skating rink. When she felt the touch through her sweater, she turned and looked up at the tall officer who walked alongside her. It only had been two days since they had been together but it already seemed so natural for them to be together and felt so right.

Today Chris wanted to take her to do something and somehow when he was telling her he wanted to take her to an ice rink, Sarah and Jake ended up tagging along. The two were obviously starting to take more and more of an interest in one another so neither Chris or Nina minded them coming along so they could spend time together too.

"I've only been ice skating once before," Nina was honest as they walked inside and she adjusted her German Shepherd necklace Chris got her for Christmas that she still hadn't taken off since.

"Oh so that's why you wanted to take Nina here," Jake chuckled, playfully shoving his partner. "So that she'd be hanging all over you!"

"Well, that is an added benefit," Chris smiled down at her, kissing her cheek softly.

"Is Chris good at ice skating?" Sarah looked over at Jake to ask.

The blonde man rolled his eyes before saying, "Chris is good at everything, it's actually quite annoying."

"I don't think it's annoying," Nina sweetly said while wrapping her arms around his middle as they walked.

"Oh gag me," Sarah shook her head as she walked ahead with Jake to get their tickets.

Once they got their tickets, they all went over and got their skates. Since everyone but Nina had been before, they all got their skates on quickly and Sarah was out on the ice with Jake. Nina meanwhile was still struggling with getting the skates on and lacing up the intricate laces.

"Ugh, I hate these," Nina huffed.

"Here babe, I'll get it," Chris started, kneeling down in front of her and put her foot in his lap, making sure the skate was on securely before he patiently laced it up.

As he moved on to her other skate, Nina admired the patience he always had. He never seemed flustered or caught off guard by any situation big or small, but just handled it with wisdom and steadfastness. He obviously was an incredibly handsome man with his muscular build, shiny blue eyes and strong jawline but Nina was more attracted to the person he was and she couldn't get enough of him.

After Chris finished lacing her skates up he told her, "Alright! All done."

"Jake is right, you really are good at everything," Nina said from her spot on the bench.

Chris was still kneeling on the floor and he scooted his hunky body between her legs while putting his big hands on either side of her. She smiled while he leaned in and pressed his lips to hers in such a way that was sweet and beautiful but still left her breathless when he pulled away.

"You're good at kissing too," She told him, resting her hands on his big shoulders.

Chris smirked before his voice lowered a notch and he whispered into her ear, "That's not the only thing I'm good at."

Hearing his sensual words made her heartbeat quicken but Nina let one of her eyebrows raise before she squeezed his shoulders and responded, "I wouldn't mind finding out for myself sometime."

Nina had never spoken like that before and it completely caught Chris off guard. It made a shiver run down his spine and she saw his adam's apple bob while he gulped loudly. She felt slightly victorious knowing that she made the handsome man shakey and she couldn't help but giggle softly before leaning in to peck at his lips.
