Nina approached the front door of the cozy home that she had missed seeing the past week. She and her younger sister Sarah were in a wedding for a lifelong friend of theirs that was out of state but with all of the rehearsal, bachelorette parties and a little bridal shower, they were gone for a full week. After that time away, Nina was happy to be home with her family again.

Her keys were in hand as she walked up to the front door after Sarah dropped her off but it rapidly swung open before she could unlock it herself.
