A Proud Wife*

A soft smile was on Chris' lips as he hummed a tune that was drowned out by the sound of the shower running. He scrubbed the shampoo into his short brown hair while the water relaxed his muscles and tired body. He swore that he hadn't stopped smiling since yesterday morning when he was promoted, feeling proud of his accomplishment but seeing his family standing there watching him made him more happy than anything in the world.

Chris had been so spoiled yesterday between the pictures and cards his children drew him and the kisses and hugs that went along with it, the praise from his mother and brothers, and the admiration that his sweet wife so generously gave. Although, that wasn't the only thing that Nina gave him last night.

She wanted to reward him and show him just how incredibly proud of him she was and Nina had done that... twice last night and once already this morning. Just the memory made him smile. After their round this morning, Nina's eyes had grown wide when she realized the time and exclaimed, "I have to get the kids ready for school!"

The officer in him took over and he made quick decisions, telling her to go get breakfast ready while he tugged on some sweatpants and then went in to wake up each of the kids and got them dressed and brushing their teeth in minutes. It didn't take him long to have the three boys at the table eating the breakfast Nina cooked while he trailed in with Sophie in his arms.

Hearing them enter made Nina turn around but just seeing the little smirky grin on her lips made Chris turned on all over again which is why when Sophie asked to sit in his lap at breakfast, he had to decline. The second that kids had quickly finished shoveling their breakfast, Nina slipped on her tennis shoes and got them out the door and into the car so she could drive them to school, leaving Chris alone.

He was thankful that his shift wasn't for another couple hours, allowing him to enjoy the house alone. Chris enjoyed his breakfast, before he took Sarge out to go to the bathroom and run around a little bit in the backyard and then he had ended up the shower which is where he was now.

Chris was so engrossed in the relaxing feeling of the hot water on his skin that he hadn't heard his wife come home and was startled for a moment when he saw the shower curtain whip open as Nina stood on the other side, completely naked, making his blue eyes go wide.

"Is there room for one more in here?" She asked, giving him a sweet smile before stepping in.

"There's always room for you," Chris pulled her bare body up tight against his, attaching his lips to her neck while her hands came around to grab at his firm behind. He hummed against her neck while chuckling, "Am I going to get lucky for a second time this morning?"

"Play your cards right and you'll get more than just a second time," Nina rolled her hips against his, making a low growl come out of him.

Chris had her pinned against the cold time wall in an instant, making her gasp from the chill before he said, "You're just my little energizer bunny!" He stopped while she laughed, "Twice last night and again this morning? Now I have promises for more?"

"Well I have to let my handsome Sergeant know how proud of him I am..." Nina's caramel eyes stayed locked on his while her hands grasped at his big shoulders. "Besides, I'm the one who should call you the energizer bunny, I lost track of how many times you pleasured me in the past twenty four hours. Just seeing you down at breakfast with your shirt off had me aching for you."

He pressed his wet naked body up against hers tightly while he chuckled, "Be careful Nina, with you stroking my pride like this, I'm bound to get a big head."

"Well... it wouldn't be the only thing about you that's big," Her sultry voice made him want to melt.

Chris grunted, surprised to hear the words coming out of his sweet little Nina. Chris loved how kind hearted and sweet his precious wife was... that was what made him fall in love with her, but because of her sweetness, it provided a stark contrast to how she was in this state, only making it more special to Chris that he was the only one who got to have her this way.
