"When I meet you I'm never gonna let you go" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was Yuuri's first Grande Prix and to say he was alittle disappointed would of been a understatement. This was show through he getting drunk and preform multiple embarrassing act, non of which he would remember in the morning.
One of these acts was dancing with his idol Victor Nikiforov half naked and beg him to be his coach. Even though it would be very embarrassing for Yuuri if he remembered but for neither of them that moment would of been a mistake.
For in that moment Victor was captivated by the Japanese boy. The next morning Victor was talking to Chris about the banquet when he promised that when he meets Yuuri property he is never going to let the boy go.
Three years pass after the banquet where the two figure skaters met and in that time Victor had not only become Yuuri's couch like Yuuri wanted but they had both started dating not long after Victor kissed him on national television after preforming a quad flip in his free program unexpectedly.
Three years of training and practicing, Yuuri was finally able to win gold just as he had promised Victor when they first started working together. Victor now thought it was time for him to fulfill his promises also.
Yuuri had finished skating his exhibition that was Yuuri on ice to remember the great moment when he kissed Victor for the first time and to show everyone watching his love for the man that has not only helped his career but also made his life amazing.
As Yuuri was bowing to the crowd, Victor skated onto the ice towards Yuuri. He may have had a huge smile on his face but Victor was more nervous then he had ever been in his life.
Coming to a hault beside Yuuri, Victor kisses his knuckle where their ring was before saying, "Yuuri we have been together for year now and they have been the best years of my life. You have taught me so much and showed me what true love really is. You light up my world and I couldn't live without you. Before I met you I thought no one could ever surprise me but you proved me wrong, you continue to surprise me everyday by just being there as I don't understand how I got so luck to have you. I am so proud of the things you have achieved and I hope I can be there to continue to help you celebrate your achievements and improve your failures, even though to me you will always be perfect. When you first begged me to be your coach about three years ago, you entranced me in a way that no one has ever done and in that moment I made myself a promise that when I meet you I'm never gonna let you go. Well this is me fulfilling that promise as well as the promise I made you for when you won a gold medal. So Yuuri, " Victor said getting down on one knee and pulling out a ring" Will you marry me."
The whole room was deathly silent waiting for Yuuri's answer. Friends of theirs that were watching at home were screaming 'Finally'. In Hasetsu, Minami and Yuuko's triplet daughters, Axel, Lutz, and Loop were screeching at the t.v while Yuuri's mum was crying. Back in the rink Phichit was taking videos and picture as everyone was in awe at the moment that was happening in front of them. Even Yurio thought it was cute, he would never admit that aloud however.
Yuuri was in shock, did Victor have a thing for announcing everything on national television or something. Tears brimmed in his eyes as he nodded his head before breathing out a "Yes". Victor stood up and pulled Yuuri into a hug while spinning him in the air. Onec he set Yuuri down he slid the ring onto Yuuri's finger before claiming his lips with his own.
The two had been waiting years for this moment and now that it had arrived they both wanted to enjoy it to the fullest. Victor had fulfilled his promises that he never forgot and he certainly didn't plan on letting Yuuri go anytime soon.
