Gilas FIBA updates is currently trending in my newsfeed. I remember watching Gilas' games when I was still staying in Yaneza's home. I am no fan of basketball. But my interest in it started when PChan brought me to Araneta Colesium to watch NCAA. He was cheering for the San Beda Red Lions. I mean, we were. The time that it was his school. I thought it's really cool to watch it live.

"Beda! Beda! Beda! Fight! Fight! Fight!"

Gilas is playing for the FIBA cup. My newsfeed floods with #Puso, #Brain, #Alapag, #Congratulations. I want to watch, 79-81 match.  >_< Namimiss ko na mag cheer --- NG LIVE!

2nd day for the journalism contest. This time, it was me who wasn't able to go to the Guada Branch. T. Josie called. I told her that T. Donna and I agreed that it's now her turn to fetch the kids. She sounded irritated because she said 6:30 is the departure time written in our paper permit. Yet, I told her it's 7 AM.

But they actually won't have any problem because the service was provided and Kuya Bernie was there to drive for them.

When I arrived in the Fort Bonifacio Elementary School, Penuliar siblings, KC, Allen, Jaireb, Marhea and Gia were already there. They're seated in the front. Today will be the opening program for Division Schools Press Conference and Contest. We ate our breakfast at the canteen before the program started.

I was amazed with the Sabayang Pagbigkas of the Comembo Elementary School pupils. The pupils won't forget Shuperentendent. And I want to remember Tashidilei - which means 'I honor the greatness in you', mentioned by the principal of Comembo Elem. School. They greeted us 'Best Morning!' instead of good morning. One of the speakers was wearing The Fault In Our Stars shirt. And another asked the pupils to put their three middle fingers of their right hand into their mouth and raised it in the air, and say "May the odds be ever in my favor" like what Katnis Everdeen did in the Hunger Games.

All participants from different schools recited the Journalists Creed. I actually stood up with them, because I wasn't listening. ^*^ Oh. I look like a participant anyway. :D

I know the participants will give their best shot. I have faith in them.

All throughout the day, T. Donna and I are problematic with the 'Quarterly Social Gathering' that we 'must' attend later. Kapag hindi kasi kami umattend, there's a possibility that we will be given a memo which will make us do a written explanation.

Truth is, we don't really want to attend and we pray we really don't have to. Kahit pa mababaan kami ng memo.

When half of the pupils started, T. Donna and T. Jean left me so I can guard the other pupils that were waiting for their turn. I was left with the Penuliar siblings, Allen and Jaireb.Since, the ambiance was really boring... I asked questions to Trisha and Prince from time to time... Like, why they're not close to each other. Because I find it weird. I think, they should be close with each other because they're siblings. But I guess, they're both not just expressive. May pagkasuplado kasi si Prince, even with Trisha.

Haaay. Allen and Jaireb had an out of this world conversation that I couldn't understand. Trisha and Prince were quiet that they only talk when you ask them a question. And mostly they answer me with either a nod or shake of the head. Haaaaaaaaaaaaay. T_T
