Thursday

6 AM - I texted T. Donna. Our call time is 6:30. I just finished taking a bath when I replied to her. Ang aga naman kasi eh. Trej already called. Mukhang excited. Nandun na daw siya sa school. Kalurkey. >_< Ako hindi pa nakakaalis.

"Wait lang Trej ha.. nasa byahe pa kasi ako but im on my way. Andyan na ba si T. Donna? Mag practice ka muna dyan ;)"

I was exchanging texts with T. Donna. Mukhang malelate na kami ng dating sa school. I told her na dumeretso na lang siya sa Fort Bonifacio Elementary School. I'll be the one to go to the Branch to fetch Trej and get the folder which has some files we needed for the contest. I arrived at school before 7. I just told Trej we're not late because the start is 7:30. Since he's with ate yaya, I decided na mag-jeep na lang kami. Ang arte. Ayaw mag-abot ng bayad ng kasakay namin. Halatang hindi talaga nagko-commute. Rich kid talaga.Tsk!

When we arrived, nakita namin si T.  Jean na nag-aabang sa labas ng gate. She led Trej inside and asked me to stay outside the gate para hintayin si Audrey. But she went out few minutes later telling me, Audrey's already inside.

Audrey encountered a problem. She didn't clean the SD card she would be using for the contest. And she said she cannot delete her pictures. T. Jean was mad. Can't blame her since it's the second time Audrey didn't follow her instructions. The other day, on Audrey's training, she failed to bring her camera. T. Jean told her how irresponsible she was, "Sinabi na kasing dapat walang laman ang SD card eh. Sige. Mama mo nagsabing hindi pwedeng burahin yang mga pictures? Sabihin mo disqualified ka na.", when we realized Audrey's lola was there. T. Jean talked to her while I talk to Audrey. I came up with a solution but it was indeed unfovarable for me. Before I left home, I grabbed my Easy Share Kodak camera and brought it with me. It has my 4Gb SD card which I used in taking photos of River Festival, my trip together with EJ & Ghie-Ray at the Jed's Island Resort last summer and other ramdom stuffs. I know the photos aren't save yet or had been backed up in my Lenovo. I browsed them for about three times before I decided to delete them all. 1) Press trash icon. 2) Select and press the All option. 3) Select and press Yes.

Deleting all pictures and videos.

Goodbye Memories. T________T

T. Jean told me she doesn't want to help Audrey because she wants her to learn her lesson and be responsible. However, I just did help her. And, I have no regrets.

Audrey Baltazar - Photojournalism (English)

Jon Joseph Jao - Photojournalism (Filipino)

Una Alessandra Santos - Sportswriting (English)

Andrea Jhiyan Munar - Sportswriting (Filipino)

Nagulantang kami ng makita namin ang program. Especially T. Jean. Hindi daw siya informed na kailangan na din pati ang mga participants for Sportswriting. We had a call brigade just to contact Una and Jhiyan. Sayang naman kasi kung hindi namin sila maihahabol. So a little later, when I was waiting outside the school gate, Jhiyan didn't greet me. Halatang kagigising lang. Lalo naman si Una nung dumating... she really looked like a walking zombie o parang sleep walker dahil tulala pa at hindi pa nagsasalita. Pero may napansin lang ako... Ang ganda ng mommy niya. :)
