Drunk party pt.2

The music blared into her ears, as the air smelled full of desperation.

Hardcase and Jex had already dragged Gus to go get a drink. Dock ran after them to save him. Rerc had gone off to watch two men arm wrestle and coil followed. Kix ,Jesse, And fang had found a table with Rex and started having a drink and reliving old tales. Hu and Fives decided to try their master skills of flirting on twi' lek women sitting at the bar, and spades decided to dance.

Nara sighed and sat down with the Genral at the bar.

"What can I get you, Miss" a twi'lek man smiled.

"Surprise me" she shrugged.

"Hmm let me see, you look like you could use a little sparkle of happiness" he grabbed a bottle of orange.

"I look like I need a little sparkle" she raised a brow.

Harvey narrowed his eyes turning towards them.

"Hun, we could all use a little sparkle once in a while " the bartender sighed. "Alright Walla, drink a la sparkle"

She looked down at to see a swirl of orange and pink wrapped together glitter infested whirl pool inside a glass bottle. It was almost to beautiful to drink.

"Thanks"

She took the glass and pressed it to her lips. The liquid tasted of fresh peaches in one of kixs pies, with upbeat taste of strawberries. It made her feel alive with the burning warmth it brought .

Seeing the shock on her face Harvey frowned.

"You ok commander"

Nara face lit up, "I'm better then ok, this is so good".

She gulped it down, making the generals eyes widened in shock. The Nara he had grown to know was shy,stubborn , and commanding in her presence. This person who sat in front of him was different.she was more alive, carefree,and New.

"Hey Nara" spades slurred grabbing her arm. "Let's dance"

Nara unwilling was dragged onto the dance floor, with spades flailing his arms around. Harvey watched intently from afar as Nara slowly got into the music. Her hips swaying ever so slightly until she fell under the spell of the deafening beats. Her movements were fluid and smooth, unlike spades who looked like a chicken on ice skates. Her presence was astonishing as she relaxed and became carefree making her dance moves more exotic.

Harvey couldn't help but stare, something about her was inviting and irresistible. Like a moth drawn to a flame, burning itself just to feel the fires warmth. He couldn't help but wonder. His thoughts were cut short, when the singer called Nara up onto to stage by grabbing her arm. She didn't put up a fight as she began to sway on stage into the mans arms.

Harvey could feel a burning irritation build up into his chest as he jumped off The stool.

Rex watched as Nara was whisked up onto the stage by the natloouan singer. She was clearly enjoying herself as she danced around the stage, earning cheers from the men around her. But what caught his eye was the Genral, a look of death in his eyes. Rex knew he'd have to intervene.

"Hey, Genral care to join us" he yelled over.

Harvey looked over,sighing making his way towards Rex and the others, and sat dow.

"How you boys enjoying yourselves" he smiled .

"Just great,sir" Fang chirped up.

"HEY NARA, SING US A SONG"!

Rex heard Fives ungodly screech across the bar, he was clearly passed his fourth drink. Nara froze as multiple troopers begged her to sing. Rex swore if looks could kill Fives would have been slaughtered. Nara wasn't impressed would have been an understatement . Sighing she took the mike.

Harvey's ear perked up at the sound of shouting troopers.

"What are they yelling at"

"Her,Genral" Fang pointed

"Oh, god" Harvey groaned.

The music turned on as Nara put the mic up to her lips, as the words began to slip off her lips.

"I'd get out of here just as soon as I'm able

But my 's hyperdrives on the fritz

Nara moved across the stage as she sung the melody. Making sure not to trip at the same time. She would murder fives for going back on his promise ,but for now she would give them a show.

The table of troopers sat in silence as the gawked at their sister.

" I haven't heard her sing in years" Kix whispered.

" yep, she still sounds like a banshee"! Jesse exclaimed .

This earned him a punch on the arm from Rex, And Fang making the trooper yelp in surprise.

Harvey laughed finally enjoying himself in the company of others. He watched as Nara finished her song, which ended in a thunderstorm of applauses. She gracefully walked her way over to the table, and planted herself down.

" Hey Boys hope I didn't kill you" she grinned.

" I don't know" Jesse sighed " my ears are bleeding "

Nara punched his shoulder hard earning another yelp from Jesse.

Harvey smiled, this would be a night he wouldn't forget.
