Party crashes ( pt1)

Authors note: this one shot is about Harvey and Fang ( the chaotic duo) going on a mission and getting themselves into trouble. I'll hopefully update soon, enjoy ☺️ 

"I can't believe you talked me into this General" Fang sighed as he directed the ship through hyperspace.

Harvey gave a pained laugh " don't look at me, it was kenobi's idea to send us" he shrugged.

Fang gave a skeptical look " right" he sighed placing his handout for his earpiece.

Harvey grinned, handing Fang the small mic which Fang took reluctantly. As soon as Harvey placed the com in his ear ,he heard the voice of the man he feared more than anything calling out to him.

"Checking com's can you guys hear me out there? General leprechaun? I am waiting on you" Harvey scrunched his nose trying to come up with an appropriate response hearing Rex's amused voice in his ear.

" we read you loud and clear Rex old boy" Fang responded knowing Harvey would have probably said something stupid in response anyways.

Rex gave a sigh at the nickname " ok toothy ( get it cause it name is fang and Rex calls him toothy 😂 sorry for the dad joke anyways continue reading😅) Naras setting up cameras as we speak,try testing them out"

Fang rolled his eyes before moving his pin with the hidden camera around the room.

" looking sharp there boys" Nara mused "I say fang is that a dragon brooch on your suit jacket"

Harvey smirked hearing the familiar voice of his beloved commander.

" Hey I'm allowed to add my style to my attire" Fang protested " besides its a perfect hiding spot for the camera to be placed.

" I'm sorry" she sighed" I must have forgot that it was fashion week in GAR!" Nara laughed" must have missed it in my morning report," she mused.

Fang frowned as he heard multiple laughs in the background, probably some of his brothers who were getting a kick out of it, at his own expense.

" I'm not the only one who accessorized " he protested,turning his broach towards Harvey who sheepishly hid the blue napkin that sat in his coat pocket. What caught the others eyes was the hidden engraving of jaig eyes on the pin that held it in place.

" Fang"! Harvey warned.

" wait are those jaig eyes" spades voice piped up.

Everyone's eyes turned to the monitor.

" looks like it" Echo added.

" No way," Hu laughed.

" I think it's cute you carry that around to remind you of a rexy boy here" cooed jex into the coms.

Nara could be heard dying in the background as Rex spat multiple curses in mando'a at jex.

" He's got you whipped hun General" Fives yelled.

Harvey used his sleeve to suppress a laugh as Nara could be heard spitting out her caf in the background.

" Alright cut the chatter we're coming out of hyperspace" Fang said as he took control of the panel and slowly pulled the ship out of drive.

" Remember you'll only have a short period of time to steal the disk from the separatists senator formally known as vantew (van-two) she will be attending a banquet tonight where she will be escorting secret information vital to separatist command such as prisoner whereabouts, base locations, inventories, etc. . It's important that the disk be retrieved so that the republic can gain the upper hand in this war." Rex said.
