(Y/n)'s POV
"I'm certain about this, Yuki. She's definitely related to Gaku," Momo exclaimed.
"Momo, it's rude to talk about others when they're right in front of you," he replied.
"Gentlemen, please don't make such absurd assumptions out of the blue," reasoned Anesagi.
"(Y/n), please. The door is that way," father said.My eyes landed on the man, his stature ancient yet strong. I found myself returning his dangerous gaze, our eyes locked in a battle of will. The strength he exerted in grabbing my arm was enough to bruise; however, I showed no reaction whatsoever.
Anesagi's expression softened ever so slightly upon seeing the red spreading across my skin like wildfire. Father paid no mind to my pain however and continued to lead me to the door.
"Don't talk like that to Gaku-nii again. I don't care if you continue to threaten me. I'll get past anything you throw at me. Don't involve anyone else," I whispered in a menacing manner.
"This is business, (Y/n)."The door closed with a soft click. Exasperatingly combing my hair back, I headed down the hallway, towards the elevator. This definitely wasn't going to be settled like this. I would get him back for sure.
The elevator door opened as soon as I pressed the down button. Yet before I could even take a step inside, a hurried yell stopped me in my tracks. A hand shot up to stop the elevator doors from closing and gestured for me to go inside.
"Momose-san, what are you doing here?"
"I left the trivial details to Yuki. You seemed troubled when you left. I was worried," he replied sheepishly.
"How kind of you to worry about a stranger."
"Heh."
"I'm fine, but thank you."
"Eh? Your arm."I directed his gaze away from the small bruise, pointing out the fact that we had arrived at ground level.
"I'm afraid I have to go to work now."
"With Trigger?" he asked.
"Not today. I have another part time job."
"I see. Well, it was nice meeting you. See you next time."
"Sure, bye Momo-"
"Yes, that's right. We're friends now, (Y/n)."A laugh shone in my eyes, a smile forming on my face. Waving as I left, I caught him grinning, his white teeth glinting in the light. The fatigue had faded in my heart, the frustration dissipated. He seemed to be the materialisation of sunlight itself.

"Oh no, Tamaki forgot his lunch," Sogo exclaimed, frantically panicking.
"Oh, they still have to go to school, don't they?"
"What am I going to do? He's going to-"
"Sogo, take a deep breath and calm down. I'm sure he can take care of himself. I'll deliver his lunch if it really bothers you."
"Please...thank you."
"But isn't his lunch in our dorms?" asked Yamato.
"I'll take her. You guys continue practising without me," Riku offered.Waving goodbye to the others, I followed Riku as we left. Birds sang as they travelled, the soft breeze blowing gently against us. The sun beat down on us like a mother's warming touch.
I breathed in the scent of the air as we walked in this moment of tranquility. A message from Tsumugi popped up on the screen of my phone. It read: Hey (Y/n), can you please take care of the website? I've finished almost all of it. Thank you.
Her father couldn't pave his way around this one. This was a specific request from his beloved daughter and I couldn't just ignore it. Picking my most trusted media, I dialled the number for the director.
"(Y/n), what a long time it has been!" Makoto (made-up character) greeted.
"Hey, sorry I haven't called for so long."
"No, I have been busy too. Anyway, I assume you called because you have something that needs to be done?"
"Right on the mark, as always. I'll send you the details via email."
"Sure thing. You owe me a meal."
"*laughs* Okay, thanks, bye."Curiosity shone in Riku's eyes as he met my smiling gaze.
"A request from Tsumugi asking to take care of your website."
"You seem to have a lot of connections," he replied.I simply smiled in response to his statement. Tenn's face flashed before my mind. Why...did he leave his family behind? I couldn't even fathom the thought of abandoning those you loved for your own personal gain.
~Some time later~
Riku had already gone back. I caught sight of Tamaki and Iori walking amongst the trees. The school gates were just up ahead. A deep sigh escaped my lips as I called for them.
The two turned, their eyes searching. I waved, hoping to catch their attention. Walking faster, calling once more, I managed to lure their gazes to my stature without much effort.
"Tamaki, your lunch."
"Ah, sorry," he said, nonchalantly taking it from my outstretched hand.
"Watch out!" Iori exclaimed.A bike helmet came flying towards us, hitting the dark bruise on my arm as I used my arm to shield myself. Biting my lip to keep the pain from showing, my eyes shot up to meet the provocative smirk of a pretty girl.
"Sorry about that," she apologised, without an ounce of sincerity.
"It's fine."I grabbed the helmet and held it out for her to take. Her eyes drifted to the bruise on my arm, a cruel laugh visible in her bright green eyes.
"Who are you?" she asked.
"It's rude to ask for someone's identity without introducing yourself first," Iori pointed out.
"I'm sorry, Iori-kun. My name's Kio Haru (made-up character)."
"(L/n) (Y/n)."
"I'm Iori-kun and Tamaki-kun's friend," she said proudly.Iori could not stop the skepticism from showing in his eyes. Tamaki simply looked confused yet lacked the willpower to refute her statement. I faked a genuine smile and held my hand out.
"I'm their assistant manager."
"Wow, really?"She grasped my arm, squeezing frighteningly hard as her fingers wound around the bruise.
"You're so pretty," she said as she pulled me closer to inspect my face.
"Thank you."
"Kio-san, let go of her arm," Iori demanded.
"Why are you overreacting? Do you like her?"
