"Are you feeling alright princess?" James asked Sarah as she sat on a bench. As she nodded he didn't resist to caress her hair. "Really?"

"I am fine." She said. The day before she had made the bone marrow exam and the doctor advised again not to let her get tired and to pay maximum attention to any new signs. We were taking a look at the houses the real estate agent had booked for us. It was a sunny day and we were just seeing the first house.

"Do you want to stay here while we see the rest?" I asked and she nodded again, looking down the hill.

"Do you like this one?" James asked her.

"It has a nice view." She said looking up at him and smiling. We looked down and it had this incredible view over the sea.

We spent great part of our morning looking around the four houses. Sarah needed to sit once in a while. The doctor told us that for now she was fine, but she needed to be checked often so they would control the count of her blood cells. Once we were done with the houses, the girl gave us four files with photos of the houses we've seen and some descriptions so we would make a decision. James scattered the files on the table while we waited for lunch so we could discuss it, or at least eliminate one or two of the houses we've seen.

"So in general?" He asked looking at me and Sarah.

"I didn't like this one." Sarah pointed at a yellow house and I smiled.

"Funny, I didn't like that one either."

"Great, this one's off." He said putting the file aside. "I also didn't like it that much, too many stairs. "So we have three..." He said looking at the three files left. "How about this one? I liked the space and the pool was really nice, but no view at all from any side. It seems to me like the sun doesn't even hit the pool during the morning, did you notice?" I nodded.

"That one was too hidden in the middle of the woods dad." Sarah blurted.

"You don't like it princess?" Sarah shook her head. "Andrea?" I shrugged and then decided to shake my head to be sympathetic with Sarah.

"So we have two..."

"I like both." I said looking down at the files resting my chin on my hand thoughtful.

"Yeah, these two are really cool." James agreed. "Sarah?"

"I like the white house better." She said.

"Why?" James asked.

"Well, it is bigger. The huge glasses of the living room were just awesome. The pool was cute and big and the view over the sea..." She smiled. "Plus, there's a dog house in there, did you see it?"

"Oh..." I smiled at James noticing she was subtle asking for a dog.

"I think she is right babe." I said intertwining my fingers in his. "This one has more rooms. We may have visitors, who knows? Maybe your sister?"

James rolled his eyes annoyed. "You know I don't talk to my sister!" He exclaimed.

"But one day you might..."

"No!" He said firmly. James could be very stubborn.

"I have an aunt?" Sarah asked us.

"Well...yeah...but I don't talk to her. I haven't seen her in a long time." James tried to explain to her. "So, the houses..." He said diverting the subject to a more agreeable one.

"Well, more rooms, wonderful view. The living room is just beautiful. The master room was gorgeous. The garage is also big."

"Yes, it has many rooms, you might have a baby." Sarah giggled. We looked at her a bit shocked.
