Jessica knocks on Jaylin's door waiting for a response.

Jay:"Babe I told you to stop leaving your keys-"

He looks up and sees Jessica.

Jay:"Jessica Hi. Um, if your looking for Cardo he went to work."

Jess:"Actually I came to see you."

Jay:"Me? Um, okay. I was just making tea and working on my blog. Its cold come on in."

Jessica walks in and takes off her coat.

Jay pours tea in both of the mugs and adds cream and sugar. He hands one to Jessica.

Jess:"Thanks."

Jay:"Mhm. So why are you here? You want my boyfriend?"

Jessica almost coughs on her tea.

Jess:"Is that why you think I'm  here?"

Jay:"I mean why else would you be? To finish me off? Kill me while there is no one to help me?"

Jess:"Wow so you don't think my apology was real?"

Jay:"Honestly no. My boyfriend may have brought it but I didn't."

Jess:"Well I meant everything I said, Jay I know I did some messed up things-"

Jay:"Some!? That's a understatement."

Jess:"Look! I'm trying to better myself give me a break and listen! I know I hurt you guys. I am over Cardo and I just want friends. Everyone in town hates me and I am trying to make things right. You are the one person I hurt the most and I'M SORRY. Jay when I saw you with Cardo and how happy you made him, I got jealous. I acted out of emotions that I needed to face that in reality didn't have anything to do with him. I think you guys make a beautiful couple and I believe you guys are end game. So I am begging you Jay, give me a chance."

Jay looks at his cup then at Jessica.

Jay:"Just give me some time okay?"

Jess:"Yeah sure, anything you need. Can I ask you something?"

Jay:"Go for it."

Jay sips his tea.

Jess:"Do you know a guy named Oscar?"

Jay:"Yeah he's a good friend of mines,why?"

Jess:"Well he's been bumping into me lately and looking at me weird."

Jay laughs.

Jay:"He probably likes you, but Oscar is a good guy. Do you like him?"

Jess:"As a friend yes, but I don't know if I can trust him."

Jay:"He's the sweetest guy ever. I don't see why your pushing him away. He is probably the most unproblematic person in town. He may be a good person in your life."

Jess:"But what if he finds out all the bad stuff I did in the past and doesn't want to talk to me anymore?"

Jay:"Honestly I don't think you could say or do anything to push him away, in fact I think it would make him dig more and become curious. And if he can't take you at your worst why should he see your best? Jess you have to see the good in yourself so others can see it too. I think once you come to terms with the person you want to be it will not only make you feel better on the inside but also more confident. Jess we all make mistakes but it is up to us to learn from them or not. I know I was hard on you earlier but I see how bad you are wanting to change...so your okay with me-"

Jessica hugs him.

Jay:"Not 100%."

Jessica stops hugging him.
