HOUSE WARMING PARTY

Jay is making pancakes when Cardo comes downstairs to see Jay in the kitchen. He wipes his face.

Jay:"Morning? Hungry? Breakfast is almost ready take a seat."

Cardo sits down.

Cardo:"Yeah I'm starving."

Jay turns the food off and wraps his arms around Cardo.

Jay:"Are you excited to show our friends our apartment?"

Cardo:"I'm more excited to show them my beautiful fiance."

Jay smiles and kisses Cardo.

Jay looks around.

Jay:"We did a good job decorating. It feels like home. You are home."

Cardo smiles and kisses Jay again.

Jay:"Come on and grab a plate I have to feed my king."

They eat and watch the sun outside as they drink their coffee.

Jay and Cardo get dressed for the house warming party.

Jay:"I hope they like our place."

Cardo:"Do you like our place?"

Jay:"I love our place...I love you."

Cardo:"Then don't worry about it. You look fine, who you trying to impress?"

Jay wraps his arms around Cardo.

Jay:"You daddy."

Cardo unzips Jays shirt they start to kiss.

1 HOUR Later

The doorbell rings

Jessica and Oscar are the first to arrive.

Jay and Cardo open the door.

Cardo:"Thank you guys for coming to our house warming party."

Jess:"Jay thanks for inviting me."

Cardo:"Jay invited you? I thought Oscar did."

Oscar:"Nope that was all Jaylin."

Jay:"I'm trying. A little birdy said you are trying to better yourself. I don't want to lose out on knowing you."

Jessica hugs Jay.

Jay:"Too soon."

Jay and Cardo chat with Jess and Oscar when the door rings again.

Cardo answers the door.

Cardo:"T! Your here we were waiting for you. Now the party can begin. You cut your hair."

T:"I did."

Jay:"She did it to get over Jasmine."

T:"He's just mad mines looks better than his."

Jay:"Very funny."

He goes over there to hug T.

Jay:"Let's open presents."

Cardo and Jay open presents.

Jay:"We have a announcement."

Cardo & Jay :"We are engaged!"

Everyone hugs them.

Everyone:"Congratulations!"
