I groaned as I heard the noises all over the headquarters.

I guess I'm a bit fine than yesterday. No more head spinning effects.

I pulled myself and saw how Cade's saliva slide from his mouth to his pillow. He's still asleep just like before. He's the one to get off the bed last.

Anyways, I checked into the other room to see if she's already up but I see a fixed bed.

"First of all happy birthday dude but I don't think it would be a very happy one... K-khalil's not here." Said Hunt that made me laugh.

"Not gonna fall for it. If it's a surprise for me, save that for later-"

I didn't answer but I bulged into the empty guest room where she slept.

I opened the restroom but she's not there. Nothing's there.

I took a deep breath before I grab my phone and dialed he number. At last it ringed but the tone was just inside the room.

She's really not here. Saan na naman ba sya pumunta. Is she aware that the Nexus want her and it's really not fine to just go out.
