Episode 25: My friends

[Jennie POV]

It's lunch already and I can't figure out what's wrong with Lisa besides her wounds. She's been acting weird since I first met her this morning.

It gets weirder as the time passes by.

"I'm gonna order more fries, be right back." Lisa said while standing up and leaving.

After a few seconds of silence.

"Why is Lisa acting so weird today?" I asked the girls. Aka Chaesso.

They looked at each other. Then to me.

"What?" I asked again.

Rosé was about to say something, but nothing came out of her mouth.

"I think Lisa is crushing on you." Jisoo casually said and I almost choke on my water.

That's nonsense.

I mean... I wouldn't mind a few other rounds of... This mind of mine.

"What are you talking about? Lisa doesn't like me like that. You know that since before college, I'm her least favorite of all of us." I said a little bittersweet.

I didn't start in good terms with her, but we have made some progress this semester.

"Then I don't know why she got flustered when you were too close to her this morning." Jisoo reply while getting Lisa's shake and sipping it like it was hers.

I was kinda speechless for a few seconds.

She can't be. She better not be.

I mean, I know I'm hot but we kinda have an agreement about what happened to the two of us. We were gonna act normal like always. She was the one who said that.

"I saw that too." Chae shortly said. She almost sounded sad.

What's wrong with everyone today?

"They don't have more fries." Lisa said while sitting down again with a sigh.

"Take mine. I lost my appetite." Rosé said while pushing her plate towards Lisa.

We all looked shocked at her. When doesn't this chipmunk eat all of it?

Lisa went and put a hand on Rose's forehead to check if she had a fever.

"You ain't sick, why are you giving me your food?" Lisa said with concern in her voice.

"It's nothing, I think I ate something this morning that I shouldn't have." Rosé replied but that sounded more like a lie to me.

After a few more minutes we gather our stuff and went to change for gym class.

We all were ready for class but the professor is running late.

This is my opportunity.

"Lisa, accompany me to the restroom." I said and quickly dragged her away before she could answer me.

Once we were inside the restroom, I checked it all to see if there was anyone else her. There isn't anyone else. So I closed the main door leaving us only here.

"W-what are you doing?" Lisa stuttered and started to play with her fingers.

Cute.

"I need to know why are you acting so weird today. Someone may have said that you are crushing on me. It's that true?" I directly address the matter to her.

Her eyes widened and so does her mouth.

"What? No!!" She kinda yelled. I didn't know her voice could be a high pitch when she is annoying.
