Episode 67: Stares

The next day started as usual. The sun bothering their sensitive eyes through the windows. Waking up to brush their teeths and take a quick shower. Having breakfast and bickering a little bit in the car till they arrived at the University.

"Are we not gonna tell her?" Jennie whispered to Lisa and Jisoo. Referring to the hickey Rosé forgot she had and didn't covered.

The two girls shake their heads.

"Where's the fun in that?" Lisa whispered as she got out of the car and started heading towards the entrance of the university.

Jennie shakes her head.

"Is it me or there are too many people staring at me?" Rosé asked once they were inside.

The three girls had to hold their laugh.

"You just look very pretty today." Lisa complimented. It wasn't a lie, but that's not why she said it.

"Oh, thanks." Rosé said trying not to blush and continued to walk down the hallway.

She received a lot of looks from boys and girls while she was walking to her class. Some were just staring at the big purple hickey and others were smirking knowingly.

"I think my makeup is messed up or something cuz people keep staring at me." Rosé said and stopped at her classroom.

Lisa laughed a little bit and Rosé got more suspicious but a guy passed by and said something.

"You like it rough huh?" The guy said while eyeing Rosé from head to toe.

"What-" Rosé couldn't reply to the boy since Lisa towered him and scared him away.

"You better run you little smurf." Lisa growled at the guy.

Then Lisa looked back and the three girls were looking at her.

"What!? He deserved it." Lisa defended.

"Lisa, you don't need to mark territory twice, you know?" Jennie said while smirking and Jisoo hold her laugh.

Lisa cheeks started to turn into a crimson red.

"What? I-I wasn't. I was just... He was." Lisa stammered and turned away to go to her class while cursing under her breath for stammering and being a mess. Stomping her feets on her way.

Jennie and Jisoo laughed.

"I'm so lost." Rosé said and entered her classroom.

Once Rosé was inside.

"I bet twenty bucks Rosé is gonna smack Lisa at lunch." Jisoo said to Jennie.

"I bet twenty bucks Rosé is gonna smack all of us at lunch." Jennie said and they started to laugh while making their way to their class.

Saying Rosé was mad was an understatement. She spent her four classes without anyone saying anything about the visible hickey she had.

It was until Miyeon approached her at the end of the class and kindly offered a mirror so she could check herself out.

"Maybe you should apply some makeup on it. To avoid the curious stares." Miyeon recommended and walked away leaving Rosé in disbelief.

She stayed looking at the hickey through the mini mirror Miyeon gave her. She couldn't believe she forgot about the hickey Lisa gave her yesterday.

She was mad that the girls knew and didn't say anything to her because clearly they knew. Rosé now understand the comment Jennie made about marking territory and it only made her madder.
