I see an unfamiliar face walk into the Tower with Hoppo at his side, "Hello guys this is our new trainee Harrison Ried."

Everyone greets him from there chairs but I greet him closer.

I stick out my hand, "Hi I'm Tessa, Tessa Breechwood."

"Nice to meet you Tessa." He shakes it and pulls away.

"I actually was just made a lifeguard last week. I live in London England. Uh well used too. I live here now obviously. Sorry I talk a lot and new people excite me." I giggle to myself.

"No that's alright." He smiles

"Any whoz I better get goin." I walk pass him but stop and look back, "See ya around Harrison." I smile

"Oh yeah see ya around Tessa."

"You can call me Tess for short if you like."

"Will do." He smiles and I return it looking down and turning away.

"Hey chatter," I stop embarrassment filling me, I roll my eyes into the back of my head and squeeze my eyes shut.

I open them again and slowly turn around hating my nickname that Chappo gave me and embarrassed that the trainee heard it so soon, "Yes Chappo..." He smirks knowing I hate it.

"Will you help take the flags down with me today."

"Sure will, and why don't you call me something other then that nickname you give me. It's kinda rude. Why don't you actually get to know me more instead before you give me a nickname." I hear the room fill with oh's because that's the first time I actually got sassy with him

"Alrighty then Sweet Cheeks." He smiles

"Ugh." I roll my eyes and go down the metal stairs hearing laughed inside the tower. I get into one of the a four wheelers, and drive to North Corner to partner up with Whippet.

I hear the radio, "Bondi Central to South corner. We have someone stuggling to stay afloat. One of ya go in there."

I spot the man in the back and put my finger on the button, "Copy. I'm going in." I tell him

I take off my shirt and speed in with the board.

I crash over the waves and paddle as fast as I could possibly go.

I put my weight on the back of the board to slow me down as I put a hand out and he takes it. "You alright mate?"

"Yeah, yeah..I think so."

"Okay good. Can you hop on the board for me? Belly down facing away from me." I tell him and he does what I say getting on the board.

I start paddling in and catch a wave.

I dump him off and give him the usual stay between the flags.

Than I hear a scream for help from behind me. I whip around and spot another man in danger.

"That's my husband! That's my husband!" The man I just saved tells me.

I look at the water not seeing him before. I spot a man's head bobbing like a cork in water, "Okay I'll get him. You stay here." I run into the water and hop on my board and paddle digging deep into the water trying to make me go faster.

I get to the man and he puts his hands on the board, "My husband...my husband..."He chants over and over his breathing heavy and fast moving.

"It's okay, I got him he's on the shore." I tell him holding his hands to the board, "Breathe. Okay? Breathe, your okay and your husband is okay." He nods "Are you more relaxed?"
