Half an hour passes and can start to feel the stinging going away, but it still making it feel known.

Whip and Quinn went back on patrolling the mid set of flags, Harrison had to go back to watching the water while I layed on the medi bed.

I slide of the bed and try to sneak out.

"How are you feeling?" Jake asks making me stop on my track.

"A lot better."

"Well good news the winds changed. No one blue bottles for now." Jesse says

"That's great! I was just on my way out to go back to south."

Harrison turns in his chair, "Do you think you can? You got it really bad today."

"I reckon she's alright, she's a strong woman." Jesse tells Harrison while he keeps his eyes on me. He gives a smile.

"You're right Jess. I'm strong. Plus I've been through way worse." I laugh to myself the memories of all the stuff I went through.

"Alrighty if you say so..." Harrison starts, "but if you feel weak or anything come back to the tower."

"She's pregnant. Not glass." Jesse says laughing

"Oi, shut it. I can worry for both of them, it's my job."

I laugh, "I'll be fine. I'll come up if I do need anything." I tell him answering his last statement.

I give the boys a smile and head down the beach.

Once there Glick and Reidy look at me.

"You're will covered in welts sweetheart!" Reidy tells me, eye wide, "What are you doing back down here?"

"I'm feeling a lot better Reidy, don't worry. I can still do rescues if need be." I smile

"Well I'm glad you're holding yourself up now. You were really weak before." Glick says,

I chuckle, "Definitely, thanks for the assist."

"Anytime."

Anytime?

I flash him a kind smile and then hop on the back of the buggy.

I see a grown man running into the water, I grab the PA "Oi!" I make the man jump as he turns around pointing at himself in question. "Yeah you. no swimming here mate." I tell him my voice stern, "See this sign?" I ask pointing to it, "Down by the flags please."

He looks at me like I'm gonna kill him, and he speed walks away to North. He knew exactly what he was doing.

"Damn. You're good." Glick says peeking around to look at me.

"I know." I smile, "You have to be stern enough for them to fear you a bit and then they will listen."

Glick laughs, "I guess so. Seems to be working pretty well."

"If you need to herd a group of people, she's your gal." Reidy says chucking to himself.

"Oh stop you're making me blush." I snort

I look at the water only seeing surfers at the moment.

"Oh I never asked, do you want to sit here?" Reidy asks, "I mean you did get stung pretty bad, I'm not sure if the sun is helping it any."

"Oh," I pause thinking if I should or not, because he is training Glick, but I'm also allowed to as well. "Sure, maybe only for a bit."

Me and Reidy switch.

"So, how's your training going so far? You liking it?" I ask him looking out at the water.

"Yeah I love it!" He beams, "Who wouldn't."

"You got a point."

Soon I see a woman starting to drift out by the rip, no one ever listens or looks at the sign. I grab the PA/megaphone.

"Yeah just the lady in the back with the sunnies on, walk to your right please." I tell her, "parallel." I gesture it with my arms.

I keep a close eye on her.

"So. Any hobbies?" I ask Glick keeping my eyes locked on the swimmer.

"Oh I love doing photography."

"Really?"

"Oh yeah, you should have a look at my instagram later." He tells me

"For sure! I bet they are beautiful pictures!"

"And I love surfing as well, but I do mostly photography."

"That's cool! Do you know any tricks?" I ask, watching the lady as she starts to make her way to the sandbank.

"Well I can do a 360 on the water that's one."

"Ou, you'll have to teach me someday. I'm pretty good at surfing, my years here has definitely helped. UK doesn't really have any crackin waves." I tell him

"Makes sense,"

The lady in the water try's to make her way on the sandbank but runs of energy, I quickly grab the megaphone, "If you need help don't be afraid to put your hand up." I tell her

Soon she puts her hand up.

"You're up Glicky." I tell him, making a little name for him, I mean that's part of the job.

"Glicky hey?" He laughs grabbing the board, then running in the water.

Glick rides a wave in and dips her off the board helping her up.

He gives her the, 'between the flags' talk before making his way back in the buggie, putting his board in the holder as he does so.

"Hey, I was wondering. I know it's a bit sudden, but me and Harrison's wedding is tomorrow and I was wondering if you wanted to come? All of the boys are coming. Including the newbies." I tell him nudging him, his arms rock solid.

"Um-"

I cut him off, "I mean the theme is beach, so there will be light blue and white. You could wear like a blue dress shirt if you have one. If you don't have it you can just wear a white dress shirt, I don't mind." I smile.

"I—"

I cut him off again my rambling a habit I hate. "I mean you don't have to come if you don't want too." I laugh nervously trying to shut myself, "I'm sorry I cut you off! I tend to ramble."

He laughs throwing his had back. "Don't worry, you're all good. And yeah sure I would love to come. And I do think I have a light blue dress shirt."

"Awesome! The more the marrier!" I beam
