Harrison's P.O.V

I get a text from Maxi

You comin mate? I'm here.

I put the note on the counter saying that I'm going to work early then head out the door.

I go down the steps and see Maxi in his car I get in.

"So your popping the question are ya?" Maxi ask once I close the door.

"Yeah. I gotta get a ring first." I laugh

"Well that's why you called me." Maxi smiles, "To help you find the ring. And get the glow sticks and such." He smiles and starts driving

"You got the lights right?" I ask

"Yup."

"And Jesse to hel—"

"Yup."

We get to the store and walk in seeing all the rings.

"How the heck am I supposed to pick one?"

"Well that's what I'm here for man. I know what women like. I got my fiancée a classic but special."

I take a deep breath, "Well let's choose."

It felt like hours by the time we had found one, the employee helped a little bit he just went for the most expensive.

I choose one that was a good sized diamond and littler ones in a line and weaved with a strand of metal.

I took a red velvet box to put it in.

The man told me that if it didn't fit you can come back and get a smaller or bigger one blah blah. I knew Tessa's size, I took one of her rings to compare.

"Now it's glow stick time." Maxi smiles as we get in the car

"Then asking Hoppo for his blessing."

"Eh he'll say yes." Maxi says

"I hope so."

Once we got a bunch of glow sticks and bristle board we headed to Hoppo's office.

I knock on the door, "Come in." Hoppo says

I go in, "Harrison, what are you doing here? Your not supposed to be here until..." he looks at his watch, "In a couple of hours."

"I know. Um. I was.." I clear my throat, "I'mgoingtoproposetotessa!" I stay quickly getting it out.

Hoppo blinks a couple of times.

"And I was wondering if...um...I could get your blessing."

He looks at me squinting a bit, "You better take care of her until the day you die." Hoppo says

I laugh, "What it is til death do us part."

"If you hurt her in anyway—"

"I would never!" I squeak

"I will make sure you never get a job as a lifeguard ever."

I glup, "Yes sir. And I would never sir."

"Good. Then you have my blessing."

I breathe, "Thank you...and I was wondering..I was going to propose to her tonight. Could you take pictures? And could you tell the boys about this too? And to meet me here? I need some help, I need some of them to turn on the light at the end.

"That's a lot to ask, but I will try."

"Thank you Hoppo." I beam and run out the door.

"I can tell by the smile that he said yes?" Maxi asks with the window down.

"He sure do mate."

"Beautiful."

I got the card attached to the glow sticks and grabbed the clicker.

After my shift I tell Tessa that I'm going to go out with some mates and get her to go home.

Once she's too far we get stuff ready. I told Jake after work what we were doing and asked if he could help

Now we get the studio lights and extension cords, Jesse came over to help as well.

I tell most of the boys what to do and tell them that Tessa will read them out loud because I know her like that. And when she's reading put the arrows that I tapped together.

I give her a text once everything is set up.

Now here I hide in the corner on the tower in a tux with peddles around me and glow sticks. My heart beating fast.

It gets darker, "Harrison where are you?" I hear Tessa's voice ask, "Why did you want me to wear a dress?"

I hear her read the note.

Maxi's P.O.V

Jesse quickly puts the arrow a few feet in front of her through the darkness then comes back over to me.

She reads the other note she finds. Now it's pitch black.

Once finished I throw the glow stick and it hits her in the arse.

I snort with laugher as I hear the smack. Jesse giggles from beside me.

"Ow."

She reads the other out loud while she does that Jake puts the other arrow in front of her.

She follows it. We make our way over to the other boys.

"And that's why I wanted to ask you..." Harrison starts

"Now!" I whisper and Reidy and Harries turns the lights on.

Harrison goes on his knees opening the box.

I take my phone out and start recording for Instagram.

"Tessa Breechwood. Will you marry me?"

"Y-Yes...oh my god yes!" She says putting her hand out.

All the boys clap.

Harrison's P.O.V

They give us a hug.

"Now let's get a drink to celebrate!" I shout, they all cheer and make there way to the bar.

We make our way up the steps with flashlights that I had put out.

I grab a flashlight turning off the studio lights as Jesse and Maxi take it to put it away. "Thanks mate." I smile

"No problem." Maxi smiles

"Thanks Jess."

Jesse gives a nod before helping Maxi take one of lights away.

"Drinks are on me boys." I smile

"Thanks mate!" Maxi and Jesse say in unison then chuckle.

I turn on the flashlight, "Ready go to?"

"Yes." She smiles we start walking to the bar. "It's a shame I can't drink."

I put a hand on her belly, "If you can't. I won't."

She gives me a smile which warms my heart. "I love you. You know that?"

"Yes I do. That's why I married you."

She laughs
