I breathe in trying to calm my jealousy.

"Now it's going to be even more fun!" She says happily

Harrison looks over at Tessa, "Did she get a slushy or something?"

I clench my jaw annoyed that Harrison knows more about her.

"Alright! I had a bloody flippin slushy! I wanted it and I got it and paid for it!" She shouts, "Now." She smiles, "Lets play." She smiles happily, "Oh!" She shouts making everyone jump. "Anyone want drinks? Water? With some lemon?"

"That sounds like a great idea." Tessa says

"Great!"

"What about you two?"

"Uh sure." I say giving a small smile.

"Sounds like the perfect idea." Harrison smiles at her.

I frown.

"I'll deal the cards." I tell her

"Why thank you Jake." She smiles making me feel a bit better.

I was almost done when I hear, "Ow! Bloody hell!"

"You—"

"You alright?" Harrison interrupts getting up and going over before I even could.

He takes her hand examining it, "Yeah. Just nicked myself." She laughs nervously. "Ow ow ow. It stings" she bites her lip.

Harrison chuckles, "Well it would make sense your cutting Lemons."

She seethes.

"Let's get you cleaned up." Harrison says bring her to the bathroom.

By this point I want to explode at Harrison.

I can feel my body heat up. "You alright Jake?" Tessa asks.

"I'm fine." I grit my teeth. I sigh, putting a hand to my forehead, stop it! Stop being jealous!

"There. Feel better?" I hear Harrison

"Yeah it does, thanks Harrison." She giggles.

I get up now clearly knowing she likes Harrison. I couldn't handle it anymore.

"Where you going?" Tessa asks

"Home." I say, "You guys will have more fun without me." I tell her leaving and shutting the door loudly behind me not meaning to.

"Pfft. How is Harrison better?" I ask myself standing outside Tessa's apartment.

I run my fingers through my hair feeling my blood boil, I start walking down the hallway.

"Where's Jake?" I hear Olivia's voice,

I walk faster going down the steps. "I'm flattered she knew I was gone." I mutter.

I push open the glass door rather aggressively.

I hear thongs slap on the cement stairs, "Jake!" I hear the door open, "Jake where are you going!?"

"I'm going home."

"Why?"

"Why? You want to know why? Because it's obvious you don't want me around. Especially if Harrison is there. Your all giggly around him."

She laughs, "What?"

"And you know it too, your not denying it. I reckon you had eyes for him at first."

"Jake—"

"No you don't have to explain. I get it..maybe you should just stay in England." I get in the car and drive off.
