Sophia.
I nod my head and step on my tippy toes to press my lips against his one more time before I decide to speak again.“Now, can we talk? I promise to listen to you and your messed up words. I won't even interrupt you too.” I quietly say, pulling at his shirt again— his jaw clenches and something flashes pass his eyes. “Please.” I add after.
He sighs, heavily, breath fanning across my face since we're still tightly pressed against the wall in each other's embrace, maybe we're both too scared to let go just yet. He nods his head in agreement after a not so short pause.
“We aren't in middle school or high school, Sophia.” He suddenly snaps and I frown at his tone, watch as his finger grips onto a fallen hair strand of mine. “Maybe I did say that. I can't remember and I'm sorry. But I don't need a title with you, they are meaningless things because I fucking swear, you are special to me, you always have been and will forever be— cliché as that sounds. It is the fucking truth. . . I love you, amante and that is all that ever matters.” He slowly confess and my heart skips a beat.
I expected him to stop.
But he doesn't only stop there— no.
He continues further.
His head dips lower, lips gently brush against my ear and I shudder as his hands move lower, placing themselves possessively on my waist, keeping a tight hold on me.
“To me, you're already every single one of those titles— a girlfriend, a fiancé, a fucking wife. You are everything and more.” He growls in my ear, making me feel each word.
And I swear,
My breathing stops.
My heart beat escalates tenfold.
I stare up at him wide eyed and mouth gaping, wondering where the hell I found this hot and sexy crazy man, silently wondering how I had gotten so fucking lucky with him.
“I fuck you like it, too, don't I?” He adds, smirking proud.
And then, just like that, my annoying man ruins the mood with his sexual comment. I roll my eyes and glare at him. “You are a pig.” I playfully mutter and push him away.
He raises a challenging eyebrow at me, still the smirk in on his pink lips and internally I groan in annoyance at his sudden smugness, bloody idiotic fool. I fucking swear it.
“Yeah well,” He shrugs his shoulders, leaning against the wall as I start to walk away. “You like this pig's cock.”
I stop and quickly turn on my heel, facing his handsome face again— eyeing him carefully and then, I smirk and shrug my shoulders, so nonchalantly. “No. I don't like.” I shake my head. “I loveeeeee the cock.” I tease him and bite my lip for extra effect, I glance down at the bulge too.
Yup.
I definitely love that too.
Percy's eyes narrow at me from across the room and he sends me a warning growl but I ignore it and lick my lips.
In what I hope to be, a seductive manner and it works.
“Anyway,” I dramatically sigh. “My baby boy will be back soon and I promised him chicken so I'd rather get started.”
I quickly turn back around, smirking proudly to myself when I hear him groan. I start to walk into the direction of the kitchen when I hear him again and I squeal loudly.
“Sophia, get back here, now!”
***
I had won and he had lost so now we were making lunch and dancing to soft music around the kitchen and almost, nearly, burning the chicken in the oven too. Almost being the key word and for that I fully placed the blame on him.
It was his own fault for cornering me between the sink and his hard body and then kissing me senseless for minutes.
But so far, that had been the only thing to almost go wrong because everything else seemed to be running very smoothly— we both were laughing, teasing and joking with each other throughout the whole time, even sharing much more shorter kisses and random hugs and I liked this, loved it actually— this side of us was peaceful and warm.
“There,” I happily beam, gesturing to the food in front of me. “Chicken and rice for the well behaved Cha—”
I don't finish my sentence because my phones ring tone starts singing and instantly my heart starts to sink. It's not Jake because his at work and I highly doubt Lily will be phoning me when her and baby Jadina are asleep— I somehow already know whose phoning before I reach the device and when my eyes catch sight of the name, I know.
“I'm so sorry.” I immediately say into the phones speaker. “Don't tell me over the phone okay. I'll be right there.” I quickly rush, not wanting to stress myself the whole way.
You're already stressed though.
I ignore that voice in my head and push in right back as I turn around to face the now corcerned looking man— I force a chuckle and wave my hand around, tightly smiling.
“It's nothing really.” I lie.
Why am I even lying right now?
I shouldn't be lying right at his face like this.
Because eventually which is pretty soon, he'll find out.
I chew on my lip. “Umm, can you drive me to the west?” I ask, stepping closer to him and he frowns, watching me, yet again, with his curious and intense green eyes. “Please. I have like ten minutes before something else happens!” I blurt, not even caring if he knows anymore.
“Why?”
“Charl—”
“Let's go, amante. I think you have some explaining to do.”
