Sophia.
“Are you sure?” I frown down at the grinning child and he nods his head excitedly. “Okay then. . . I'll be just over there.” I say and point at the store beside us, treaties.
He quickly nods his head again and pecks my both cheeks before yanking his hands away from mine and running straight into the game shop where many other kids are and my heart suddenly thumps, scared, not because I'm leaving him alone in there but for the other kids with him.
I huff and get up again, quickly dusting myself off. “He'll be fine, they all will be fine.” I chant in my head, like a mantra.
See?
I have to pray for others safety.
Nothing major, but I'm on high alert because of this morning he had pranked his brother so hard this morning.
Percy had colored flour and egg yolks all over him, just as he was about to leave. It was hilarious and he was so goddamn mad that it made it even more funny than before, still though, he had blasted his brother right back.
I'm about to turn around and head to the store when a small hand grabs mine and I smile. “Nevermind. It's too many children in there— can I get some salty meat?” He asks, beaming and swinging our intertwined hands. “The really, really hot one that makes you cry, I want that.”
“Hey! It was hot, you can't blame me for that.”
“But I didn't cry and I'm smaller than you, are you a wimp?”
I gasp and shake my head no while stirring us both into another aisle in the store, looking for his other favorite snacks— since his at home for this week. I know he'll be wanting things to snack on throughout his free days.
Especially since his always glued to that goddamn tv as if his life depended on it. I swear, that is his lifeline now.
Charlie squeals suddenly and tugs me towards a section that was completely filled with jelly sweets, from jelly beans to sour worms and those cute little bear things too and I could understand his excitement— the small guy had an obsession with jelly sweets since he had first tried it.
“Gom-Goms!” He happily beams, staring at the sweets in wonder and awe and complete love. It was cute, I'll admit.
I watch as he quickly reaches out to grab a few bags but stops himself just as quickly to glance up at me, sheepishly. “Can I have some gom-goms?” I nod my head.
Again, he beams, happy that I agreed.
He grabs three bags and holds it tightly to his chest.
An arm wraps around my waist and a chin on my shoulder as my favorite scent invades my nose. “Fuck.” He hisses and I turn my head to gaze at his shocked expression. “The kid will kill us by the end of this week with those bags. Just look at him.” He murmurs in awe, wide eyed.
“Oh shush, he deserves it after yesterday.”
“Hmm, I agree a bit but it's still a fucking load.”
“What? Are you trying to say you don't like candy?”
He chuckles and buries his head into the crook of my neck, pressing his lips to my skin and I humm, watching the blonde boy as he tries to look for more sweets to stuff into the trolley. “You're my fucking candy, amante.” He growls.
His hand trails down my body, slowly and teasingly while he lifts his head to watch his brother whose back is turned to us and then he chuckles, again befor pressing his palm against my sundress, directly above my pussy. “This is were I store my candy, nice right?” He says, patting me with his palm again. “And it's so fucking sweet, my love.”
Oh my god!
This man is the devil.
“Percy, I will hit you with this trolley!”
He laughs in my ear and let's me to, taking my breath along with him as he winks at me and goes to his brother.
I watch the brothers with a smile on my face— laughing when Percy picks Charlie up in his arms and places him on his shoulders, like a small baby, the boy laughs and grins, waving excitedly at me. I bet he can see everything from up there. “Don't drop him. I'll cut you.” I warn the older man.
Charlie huffs, pouting. “You can't cut my brother!”
I gasp, glaring up at him while the brother starts to laugh at the statement, earning another glare from me as well.
“Hey!” I scold, pointing a finger at him and he laughs down at me, suddenly too tall for his own good. “I am standing up for you here, if you didn't know. If he drops you th—”
Percy is already so tall and add his brother on his shoulders. . . I would call it a giant king combo. It's weird to think that the boy is going to grow just as tall as his elder sibling one day and this I know because he already is tall for his age. Still, I bet he would make one cute ass hell teenager and maybe he'll be more moody and a prankster.
“Chill, love. I won't drop your precious cargo.”
“But you could. I mean, think about it, all those possibles, someone could slam into you or push you or maybe you could trip and fall and he could—”
“Brother will not drop me, phia.”
“Fine. Let him drop you. I don't care.”
I mutter and turn on my hell, ready to leave the store now. “Ask your brother to stay with you, will you? I'm going into an adults store now.” I say and wave behind me, smiling.
Percy's eyes narrow into thin slits, glaring back at me and he growls, warningly. I know why too. It's because he wants to be there when I freaking pick out my undergarments— to be more specific, he wants to be present when I buy something that only he would see and that is something I haven't done yet, obviously. “AMANTE!”
