We just arrived at the octopod and the whole crew looks pretty relieved to see us "YEOW" saber and I said in unison as we front flipped out of the gup-C, I smiled and started to rub Saber's head with my paw as she started purring "what happened to the gup-A?" Dashi asked, "good question" the captain replied, "aye matey, tis a right good question, one we'd like to know the answer to" I remarked, "you mean you don't know what happened?" Professor inkling inquired, "well, something slammed into the ship causing it to crash into a rock but we don't know what hit us" barnacles explained, "that's the same thing that happened to me when I crashed the gup-D, something hit the bottom of the gup and sent it flying but I never saw what hit me" saber mewed, "so you've experienced this before?" The captain questioned, "aye captain" saber replied,
Tunip along with Grouber and Barrot ran up to Shellington and started chirping excitedly "um...Shellington what are they so excited about?" The captain asked confused, saber knelt down in front of the Vegimals "slow down now, one at a time" she said softly, the Vegimals started chirping again but slower than before and then hugged saber "aw thanks guys" saber mewed, can she understand what they're saying? "The Vegimals are saying they think saber makes a very good captain" Shellington laughed, "yes she is" peso started before turning to the captain and myself, "she stepped up to guide the mission to find you" he finished with a smile, "we're very proud of you saber, isn't that right everyone?" inkling added, dashi tweak Shellington peso Kateleen ocean peace and the Vegimals nodded in agreement
"oh, that reminds me, saber I have something for you" Shellington piped up, "what's that shell?" Saber asked confused, Shellington reached into his bag and pulled out a necklace with a purple shell "I made this for you" Shellington said handing the necklace to saber, "thanks shell, so this is what you were doing with those sea shells" saber remarked sarcastically but happy at the same time as she put the necklace on, she looked at the purple shell and smiled, she then looked up at Shellington and hugged him and Shellington returned the feeling, I walked over to saber "I've said it once I'll say it 100 times over, you're definitely the best treasure I've ever found" I said happily, "and the octonauts are the best treasure I've ever found, I love my whole extended family" saber mewed, that's what the octonauts are, a family and true family isn't always connected by blood
