(Kwazii's pov)
Kateleen peace and I were flying the gup-H over the anarchic tundra "see anything mateys?" I asked, "nope, not yet" Kate answered, "arrg, I'm not gonna stop until we find me brother and daughter" I thought aloud determinedly, "um...kwazii you're the only boy in our family" peace said confused, "aye but the captain and I are close, he's like a older brother to me, a protective one too" I explained, "he's more like a dad to peso, I guess we're both pretty attached to him" I added, "he's definitely protective, that's for sure" peace laughed, "don't worry, if we don't find them I'm sure they'll find us, saber is our navigator after all" Kate cat assured me placing her paw on me shoulder, "aye, I'll search the entire anarchic if I have to" I responded, this could take a while but I can't quit, I won't rest until I know me captain and first mate are safe, a pirate never leaves his crew behind or his family
(Barnacles's pov)
Me and saber have been walking for a while now "I wonder where Dashi Shellington and peso are?" Saber pondered as she studied her hand drawn map, "I'm not sure but I imagine if we can find the sea it'll be easier to tell where we are" I responded, "yeah, probably" saber agreed, suddenly I felt the ice shift underneath me, another ice chasm "CAPTAIN" saber shouted, I didn't have time to react as the ice broke in two, all I could do was brace myself for impact but it never came
(Saber's pov)
"CAPTAIN" I screamed in a terror filled voice, a ice chasm opened beneath the captain, I grabbed the hood of his parka, I know I'm not physically strong enough to pull him back up but I'm not about to let go, I'm loyal to him, suddenly I felt two paws grab my torso "pull" a Scottish female yelled, me and the stranger manged to pull the captain to safety and I was able to get a good look at her, a grey wolf in a dark green parka (pictured above)
"are you alright?" She asked helping the captain to his feet, "indeed, that was too way close for comfort" barnacles responded, "good, I'm Nora, I heard all the commotion so I came to see what was going on" the grey wolf explained, "I'm captain barnacles, leader of the octonauts, and this is my lieutenant's daughter saber, she's our navigator" the captain responded automatically, "it'd be nice to meet ya matey" I added, "it's nice to me you as well" Nora replied, "Nora if you don't mind my asking, what are you doing out here in the Antarctic?" The captain asked curiously, "I'm an explorer, I've been all over the world" Nora explained, "she's kinda like us captain" I mewed, hang on...why does barnacles seem nervous?
"What brings a couple octonauts like yourselves to this side of the world?" The wolf inquired, "the same as you, we came here to explore but saber and I got lost" the captain explained, "aye matey, we've been walking for awhile" I added, "captain" a Cockney/Aussie accent yelled from the sky, me Nora and the captain looked up to see the gup-H carrying kwazii Kateleen and peace, "dad" I shouted, "ahoy lass, are you alright?" Kwazii asked, "we're fine, we even made a new friend" I explained, "I'm Nora, you must be barnacles' lieutenant" Nora remarked, "aye matey" kwazii responded, finally, we're going home
