Everything's going swimmingly, one half of the Vegimals is preparing the party food and the other half is helping me inkling and Shellington decorate the HQ, dashi said she had to go help peso with the gift "I hope the captain likes what we've done with the place" Shellington remarked as him and I hung the last of the streamers, everything is in the captain's colors, navy blue cotton candy blue and snow white "I don't see why he wouldn't" I said before taking a bite of my carrot, that's when saber and Nora appeared "the guests are here" saber explained,
Just as Blake Beatrice Bianca Orson and Ursa popped out of the octo-shoot, "is there anything we can do to help?" Bianca asked immediately, "you could help us finish the decorations" I explained, "we'll help in whatever way we can" Beatrice replied, "that's right, we've missed enough of our son and daughters birthdays as it is" Blake explained, "saber can you go find dashi and peso?" I asked turning to the youngest member of the crew but arguably one of the most capable, "sure thing tweak" she replied before front flipping into the octo-shoot once more, as long as kwazii can keep the captain from coming back to early, this should go off without a hitch

I decided to check dashi's room, I front flipped out of the octo-shoot much to the dismay of our easily frightened medic who fell off dashi's bed in surprise "you okay matey?" I asked helping peso to his webbed feet, "I'm fine, you just surprised me" he replied, "i noticed, sorry about that" I apologized with a slight laugh, peso gets jumpscared unintentionally by the crew a lot but he's a good sport about it "whatcha doing dash?" I asked walking over to the dachshund who was seated at her desk, "I'm putting together a photo album with pictures of the whole crew and our friends and family" she explained, "we're going to give it to the captain for his birthday gift" peso added, "that's a really cool gift idea...I know this is off topic but I don't think I've been in your room before dashi" I said looking around, "oh really? What'd you think?" Dashi laughed, "it's very uh..pink" I responded, "yes, pink's my favorite color" she replied,
"To be honest I feel a bit out of place" I remarked, "well I'm not surprised, you are Kwazii's daughter" peso laughed with a smile, "and you're a tomboy like tweak" dashi added, "speaking of tweak, she sent me to find you two" I explained, "okay, I've just finished, so let's go" dashi explained placing the album under her arm, we headed to the HQ together and once we got there everyone was setting a big table with a white and light blue tablecloth "is everything ready tweak?" I asked, "almost, you can call your dad in the next half hour or so" tweak replied, I can't wait, the captain is gonna love it
